I grew up in South Florida and moved to Boston in 2007 to attend Emerson College. While photographing punk rock bands as a hobby I fell into wedding photography. My business grew from there and I never looked back. He made sure to check in with us regularly and follow up with questions about the timing of the day and our particular rituals. When rain threatened to change how we handled our ceremony, Zac and his second shooter, Ally, could roll with the punches, ensuring we still got every photo we wanted (and more)! Extra props to Ally for helping all the groomsmen get their boutonnières pinned on securely. If it wasn't clear already, the photos we received were stunning and totally encapsulated what the day felt like. We are transported back to that day every time we look at them, and the feelings of joy, hope, and excitement wash over us again. Zac did a great job touching up the photos as needed and provided a great first draft of the physical albums we added to our order (the quality of those was also excellent). Overall, Zac is your guy if you're looking for an energetic, fun, professional, and knowledgeable photographer who will capture every aspect of your special day. “Shukhrat Kamalov was a standout HIT. Our guests felt like absolute celebs! We didn't want the standard photobooth as it can come off a little too cheesy for my tastes. And since we were asking all of our guests to come dressed in their best, we decided it was only appropriate they also get their own designated photographer. Shukhrat took his time with each of our guest's photo sessions, directing them and taking multiple shots until our guests loved what he captured. AND he printed them out so our guests had something to bring home. All of our guests told us that these photos would be framed in their home . THEY WERE THAT GOOD.”
