We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! She was respectful of our budget, had a clear, well-structured contract, and payment through her professional portal was incredibly easy. Everything was delivered, set-up, and cleaned up flawlessly and on-time. Importantly, if there were any issues day-of, we didn’t hear about it or take on any of that stress (though with her careful planning, I bet there weren’t any fires to put out!) While these sound like boring logistics, all of this professional preparation on N&V’s part saved us a ton of time and stress wedding planning. We reached out to her to set up a Zoom call and knew we wanted to book with her by the time we hung up. She was flexible, realistic about budgets, and had great suggestions and answers to our questions. After our initial Zoom call, she sent us a vision document that included a lot of the wishes we had mentioned and visuals of what she was thinking. It was the most detailed proposal we got from any vendor in the whole wedding process! We were beyond impressed. We had follow up calls and emailed back and forth about wedding color updates, Pinterest Boards, venue pictures, etc. Christine was prompt in her responses. The flowers on the day of our wedding blew us away. They were absolutely stunning and exactly what we had pictured.
