“Having Macy as the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made - our wedding day was 100% stress free! We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. Macy is so kind, thoughtful, organized, communicative, and took away all of our stress leading up to the wedding day by being so organized and prepared! “Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.”

“If you are looking for a day of coordinator you NEED to hire Melissa and Kourtney! They were nothing but amazing! I hired them for day of coordination for prior to that you’ll have 2 meetings and be able to call/text Melissa about anything you’ll need! She did a fantastic job coordinating the rehearsal and making sure everyone knew what they were doing. The day of the hemming on my underskirt was falling apart because my shoes had rhinestones and I could barely walk because how tangled it was! The minute Melissa and Kourtney got there, they pulled out their scissors and safety pins and fixed my dress in no time! They set up my ceremony space which was absolutely beautiful and made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be for the ceremony. After the ceremony they brought out ice water since it was so hot and then later brought us food from the cocktail hour and drinks. Which was great since we were starving! I didn’t have a dj because we had an intimate wedding and the yard games out in the patio, so Melissa announced everything for us which was amazing! I just couldn’t had made this wedding everything I’ve dreamed of without her and Kourtney! I’m sure there’s at least a million other things they did that I’m just forgetting right now that made my wedding perfect! I would give them 1,000 out of 1,000 stars if I could!”
