Morris Arboretum & Gardens gives you private access to 92 breathtaking acres situated in the historic Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. You have a choice of five charming ceremony sites, a delightful open-air cocktail hour, and tented dinner + dancing under the glow of café string lights in the tent. Our picturesque gardens are exclusively yours when for the festivities from 6-11pm with a max capacity of 175 (some restrictions apply at the max guest count). You have 3 hours with a golf cart + driver to escort you throughout the lush grounds for wedding photographs. Morris Arboretum offers 5 caterers for you to choose from (this is contracted separately, not included in our rental fee). From elopements to micro ceremonies to large gatherings - we are here to help with effortless planning. If you are seeking an exquisite garden setting you’ve arrived at the right place! There are 3 components to the rental of Appleford: you have the use of the inside of the estate, use of the tented terrace, and access to the gardens. Your wedding can take place both inside and outside of the house, with the seating for your reception taking place under the tented terrace overlooking the gardens. You and your guests are welcome to roam the gardens and take pictures in the alee of trees, boxwoods, roses garden, walled garden, and private medallion garden. A pond, small waterfall, and landscaped entrance in front of the home is the ideal setting for your onsite ceremony. Appleford works with 8 exclusive caterers and is BYOB. Clients are welcome to select a florist, photographer, videographer, and other vendors. Five Saints Distilling, located at 129 East Main Street, Norristown, PA in the historic Humane Fire Engine Company No. 1 firehouse, is available to host your next birthday, holiday, or anniversary party, reunion, wedding, corporate, or any special event. Mike said “ 544 York Road has a special history in Bucks County! It means a lot to the community and to the Warminster Township. The Original Mike had a lot of success operating Mike’s Bar and Grill. We are looking to bring the lunch & dinner crowds back, especially for families that want to have a good meal in a comfortable environment. Banquet room and even brunch options right now in our area for special occasions are somewhat limited. We hope to be a great option.
