“We absolutely loved Forest Park Golf Course! They were so willing to work with the theme/ decorations we had in mind, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or bringing too much decor over! Our coordinator, Tram-anh, was amazing! She communicated well all through the wedding process, and was there to help it run smoothly all night. She kept checking in on us and asking if we needed/ wanted anything, which we so appreciated! The wedding day goes so fast, I definitely recommend having a Tram-anh to help it flow smoothly! The food was AMAZING, and Chef was willing to work with us on a custom menu. We had hot dogs and mini sliders amongst other things, and everyone kept raving about the food all night! “I cannot say enough amazing things about Rachel! She was an absolute dream to work with! She was so warm and fun, a great listener, and a true professional. Rachel absolutely knocked it out of the park!! As a DOC: We didn't need much in terms of coordinating a lot of moving parts for our day and we already booked all our vendors and had our planning essentially done. We just wanted someone to take care of the set up/tear down at the venue and be the main point of contact for the vendors that wasn't me (the bride) as well as make sure everything was running on schedule on the wedding day. We had out first meeting with Rachel about two months before the wedding and she took us through a very thorough check list of all the things that she would need to take care of and what the day would look like. Once we passed on all the vendor info and planning details to Rachel, the stress of the big day eased up so much! We felt like we were in such great hands with Rachel the whole time leading up to the wedding day. On the actual big day, she took charge of all the set up with the venue, catering, photobooth, decor, cake, and florist. She made sure I didn't have to think about anything leading up to the ceremony and throughout the reception. Afterwards, she packed up all the flowers, decor, and anything else that we needed to take home while my husband and I talked to guests at the end of the reception so by the time we were done, everything was ready to go for us. So if you are maybe considering tacking on her DOC services, DO IT! As a DJ: Rachel really knows her stuff when it comes to music! She has so much experience and it definitely showed during our DJ planning meeting with her. She was so open and flexible in what we wanted to do and the certain songs we wanted to be played. She wanted to know the overall atmosphere for each section of the wedding so she could curate the perfect soundtrack for the day. She successfully delivered the main thing I wanted at my wedding - a fun dance floor! She had everyone up on their feet and played all the songs we wanted to hear as well as making sure to play other songs that kept people on the dance floor. We had a lot of guests tell us they really enjoyed our DJ! She will do anything you want, no matter what your music taste is! She was perfect! I will be referring Rachel like crazy to everyone! She was one of the BEST decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Hire her, you will not regret it!”

Rice + Co. Events was founded in March 2022 as Charley Rice Weddings with the vision of bringing intimacy and personality back into weddings. “Hiring Luna Co was one of the best decisions we made in planning a 250-guest wedding in only six months! We knew we wanted to do a lot of the planning ourselves and were initially reluctant to use a professional planner/coordinator, but with Luna Co's partial planning option, we got the best of all worlds and an incredible value for the many services that Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia provided. The Luna Co team kept track of our vendor contracts, joined calls with vendors whenever we wanted them to, and helped keep us organized with regular check-ins throughout the planning process. They offered recommendations, advised us on logistical questions, and focused on what was most important to us. For example, we had 20 kids at our reception, and the Luna Co team helped us come up with a "kid zone" and coordinated with our caterer to make sure kids' meals were ready a little before the adults ate dinner. On our wedding weekend, Alexandra joined for our ceremony rehearsal, and I don't know what we would have done without her. We had an interfaith (Catholic Jewish) ceremony, so it was a little outside everyone's comfort zone and there was no real template to follow, but Alexandra took charge in the most kind yet firm way and made sure everyone knew what was happening and all of the items we needed were organized and stored safely. It honestly relieved so much stress that day knowing she would be on hand for the ceremony itself. And then on the day of the wedding, we were truly able to just be present and enjoy the moment with our loved ones, because the Luna Co team handled everything behind-the scenes. That included an impressive turnaround reception setup (since we couldn't access our reception venue until later in the day), troubleshooting various misplaced decor materials, and gracefully finding spots for two surprise (but wanted!) guests. Throughout the process, the team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They were easy and fun to work with. We know our large guest count and unique venue made our wedding logistically challenging, but the Luna Co team was always encouraging, positive, and found ways to make things possible. We would highly recommend Luna Co to anyone and everyone!”
