We partner with local New York State farms, as well as other small farms globally, such as Hattori Farms, who make the matcha we use in our gelato. We offer a well rounded assortment of gelato in seasonal, rotating flavors. All flavors are available in dairy and vegan varieties.

I'm a former costume designer and fashion historian with a PhD in English literature, now using my love of art, craft, and design to create one-of-a-kind custom wedding cakes! I make delicious, colorful cakes in traditional and modern flavor combinations, topped with handcrafted sugar flowers. Here is the corner stone of our house, Mr. Armando Leyva. At the very young age of 23, along side his wife Mrs. Lorely Leyva, they decided to follow in his fathers foot steps and enter the bakery business. Still a novice to the bakery world, he leaned on his fathers many years of expeciece as a bread master. Much to his surpise the bakery was much more than just breads, soon they would discover many talents needed to be learned and fast.

Solo Scoop Creamery is a Black Woman Owned artisanal mobile creamery based in the heart of Brooklyn. Our exclusive flavors are inspired by our owner Dennine’s past and future solo travels. Jon Payson and Naomi Josepher moved to NYC in the early Nineties. Together, they enjoyed seeking out phenomenal desserts all around the city. When they moved to Park Slope, Brooklyn in 2003, they noticed a need for a dessert café on quickly changing Fifth Avenue. After reading an inspirational book on chocolate, they decided to create a café specializing in high-end chocolate, extraordinary desserts, handmade ice creams, dessert wines and beers from all over the world, as well as superb coffee. They opened in January 2005 and is currently serving the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Miri Nadler is a self-taught cake artist and owner of Miri Nadler Cake Design in Charleston, SC and New York, NY. Her flowered masterpieces are hand painted with a palette knife and her choice of icing is creamy buttercream instead of the usual hard sugar fondant impossible to eat. Inspired by the Art Décor era and mid-century design, her magnificent next level cakes are in the theme of beautiful flowers and are inspired by a bride’s floral bouquet. Miri Nadler Cake Design offers both custom cakes and pre-made cakes with Miri's special floral designs.

SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own.
