The Prestant is a unique event space located in historic Newport, KY. Our venue began in 1928. The historic building was home to The Mt. Lookout Theater. People have been entertained in the space for generations. In 2007 we gave the entire interior fresh start choosing to bring the space back to it's original open layout with a nod to it's Art Deco past. The Woodward Theater, established in 1913, is a historic music venue & event hall located in Over The Rhine in Cincinnati. We offer a unique, yet versatile ceremony & reception space that enables couples to represent their personal style. Our rental fee includes chairs, tables, linens & bar glassware. We offer all day access starting at 9am, with the option of a room flip during the event. We also provide full sound production, including House Engineer, use of our historic exterior poster box display, door security, wifi, a bridal area & over head bistro lights. There are three beverage packages to choose from, all of which include 24 beer taps featuring local favorites, wine & champagne. Lastly, there is plenty of room for dancing in front of our stage, surrounded by a gilded proscenium.

The 1859 is a wedding venue situated in the heart of Historic, Loveland, Ohio. Upscale Victorian estate with custom built boutique barn to reflect the era of the house. The Victorian house is ideal for your outdoor wedding backdrop, and is used for bridal suite only. The barn allows up to 225 guests and features modern amenities such as restrooms, prep kitchen, and is partially HVAC'd. Parking is suitable for approximately 200 guests, and there is ample room to bus in guests for outdoor only events. Rotherwood Events is unique as it can accommodate and customize events that are traditional, casual, or both all in one place.

The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.
