The Horseman's Lounge - Seats 125 An indoor ceremony and reception space. The Horseman's Lounge seats 125 guests and features hardwood floors, vintage chandelier, large original fireplace, heat and A/C, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy. The Paddock - Accommodates 200 An outdoor ceremony and reception space. The Paddock accommodates up to 200 guests for ceremony or cocktail hour and up to 150 guests for a seated reception. The Paddock features a whimsical archway entrance, wishing well, scenic view of rolling pastures, bridal suites on-site, prep kitchen, and an open catering policy.

Our venue began in 1928. The historic building was home to The Mt. Lookout Theater. People have been entertained in the space for generations. In 2007 we gave the entire interior fresh start choosing to bring the space back to it's original open layout with a nod to it's Art Deco past. In 1981, The Verdin Company, North America's oldest bell and clock company, purchased historic St. Paul's Church. The beautiful building housed The Verdin Company corporate headquarters and the Verdin Bell and Clock Museum. In the late 1990's, The Bell Event Centre was created in St. Paul's Church. Featuring hand-painted murals, marble, stained glass windows, vaulted ceilings, terrazzo flooring, & a cobblestone courtyard, this spectacular venue made for an unrivaled setting for events. Christy Cafeo & her family were presented the opportunity to purchase The Bell Event Centre in 2008 & has been creating memorable events ever since. Upscale Victorian estate with custom built boutique barn to reflect the era of the house. The Victorian house is ideal for your outdoor wedding backdrop, and is used for bridal suite only. The barn allows up to 225 guests and features modern amenities such as restrooms, prep kitchen, and is partially HVAC'd. Parking is suitable for approximately 200 guests, and there is ample room to bus in guests for outdoor only events. Rotherwood Events is unique as it can accommodate and customize events that are traditional, casual, or both all in one place.

This English Manor Country Home, built in 1920, features outstanding indoor and outdoor areas including an elaborate back terrace and custom deck overlooking a wooded ravine. Two distinctive rooms in the massive stone building provide space for special event activities and displays. Say “I do” in the native plant-inspired Haile Pillar Garden, then move to the Tritsch Terrace for a memorable reception surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The stunning wooded views, professional native landscaping and historical features, make this a perfect setting for any event. This is a very private area including a private parking lot. Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.
