“Sam was hands down the best person to have coordinate my wedding. She was efficient, punctual, trustworthy, and so unconditionally kind. As the DIY bride that I was, it was hard for me to trust others with understanding my vision. Well, I barely had to describe some details to her and she just “got it”! Let me elaborate. Due to timing, my group was unable to decorate the ceremony space day before as planned. It was a huge stressor of mine because no other party members were able to do it for me. When Sam came to run our rehearsal instead of asking me “what do you want me to do?” She asked me, “what is stressing you out”. That question was way easier for me to come up with an answer for than the million possible tasks I could have had her do. I told her how the ceremony space not being decorated before the wedding day terrified me, because I would have to have my groomsmen do it, and not be able to see it before walking down the aisle. Sam calmly responded “I got you”. Somehow she said exactly what I needed to hear. Saturday when she arrived, she decorated the entire space, and not once did I worry about it again. The first time I saw the ceremony space was, in fact, when I walked down the aisle. It took my breath away She, somehow, was able to coral my groomsmen, communicate with vendors when I couldn't, and allow my day to flow smoothly. There was not one request I had that Sam responded with any resistance, a no, or made me think any part of my vision was impossible. She offered solutions and constructive criticism in a professional and loving way. If you know me, I tend to be anxious and strive for perfection. Sam strives for perfection and has such a calm disposition. This is why we were the perfect match. I am also a bridal hair stylist/ makeup artist. So I understand the chaos behind weddings. I loved her from a client perspective, but I also pray I get to work with her as a fellow vendor soon. My other vendors expressed how lovely and organized she was. I could go on forever about how amazing and crucial she was to the success of our wedding. But, unfortunately there is a character limit. So, I will leave you with this. She is wonderful. She is precise. She is sweet. She is worth EVERY PENNY of your investment. You will not regret anything. “My daughter and I hired Chloe Deal to be our onsite day-of wedding planner and she was excellent before, during and after the big day! Pre-wedding, we had two zoom meetings to review what the plans were and what she would be doing to oversee it all. Chloe's communication assured us all the details would be completely taken care of on wedding day. The day of the wedding, we had a big surprise. An unexpected storm whipped up just as we were about to begin the outdoor ceremony. Chloe and her assistant quickly rallied to make last minute adjustments moving tables and displays under the reception tent, coordinating with the vendors on the change of plans and remained calm throughout it all. After a bit of insanity as our guests ran from the outdoor ceremony into the tent, Chloe and her assistant went into overdrive drying off chairs and getting them moved into the reception area which was a huge undertaking. The groomsmen were supposed to help but they were the only ones not under umbrellas and were absolutely soaked. Chloe easily helped guests find their seats and kept us all on schedule with the reception events of introductions, dances, happy hour, dinner, cake cutting, send off photos etc. Post wedding, we had to be all cleaned up by 9am the next day so the night of the wedding, Chloe and her assistant moved heavy tree log displays back to the woods, put everything that we needed to save into our cars or the locked space until we could pick it up the next day. Chloe's performance as our wedding planner was truly impressive as she thought of every detail and despite the unexpected weather, my daughter and son-in-law had a truly magical day complete with double rainbows! I would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom to-be!”
