It was easy to book, rent, and send them back. The one downside was that they changed what the collection looked like between when I booked the flowers and when I received them, and there was no option to go back to the original. They changed the bridesmaids’ flowers to be more floral, when I chose the Jane collection due to the greenery. As flowers weren’t specifically important to me, this wasn’t that big of a deal, but it didn’t feel great to not be able to get what we originally wanted and paid for. After reaching out to them about this issue, we did get a 50% discount on the bridesmaid flowers.”

Flower icon team was spot on, not only super flexible in terms of timing, but Kate, who I was dealing with, was super helpful and competent. She took the time to ask me questions and really understand what I want. Their service was prompt and they followed up on time. The centerpieces were stunning, so airy and romantic, exactly as I wanted. I really recommend this studio, because they would not bring you a bunch of green bunches/filler and charge you 500/each. You will get high quality florals and service. It is def a high-end design studio, from the vase to the bud.”
