The last thing you want is a photographer who is constantly in your face and that you notice walking around taking pictures. We didn't have that feeling at all! In fact, we were quite surprised by some of the pictures they took because we didn't notice they were around us. Working with them is a breeze and they are super responsive to emails, phone calls, text. They are timely, friendly, listen to what you are looking for, and are truly passionate about what they do. Which is also what makes them great! Again, my husband and I absolutely LOVE them! And so do all of our family as well as all of our friends. Give them a shot or should I say, let them give you a shot (pun intended) and meet them. You will be so pleased with their work as well as their personality. I am so excited I have met and found them and look forward to a future shoot with them already :)”

“Kay was hands down the best wedding photographer I could have ever asked for. Her style is light and bright which transferred the brightness and happiness of our beautiful wedding day. Not only is she incredibly professional and sweet, but she also delivered a preview in 1 day and our full day of photos in about TWO WEEKS. The online gallery she sent us had literacy over 1,000 photos and they were all edited beautifully. She was able to capture every tear, every funny face, and every unattractive cheesy head-thrown-back laugh. Other than family portraits, she was truly a documentary style photographer in that no photos were staged and every shot is authentic. I could go on and on and on about the actual photos, but in addition to the extreme high quality of her work, Kay was reassuring and helpful throughout the whole process, going so far as supporting me even more than my day-of-coordinator in the creation of the timeline for the day of. If you have any doubts--don't. She's amazing. I would hire her again and again and most likely will for photos in the future.”

“Working with Kandid Art was overall a great experience! They showed up on time and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. Though the wedding ran a bit behind, they were flexible. The photos turned out beautiful, and they got creative with the locations given the cold, rainy weather. They even got some funny shots of the kids at the wedding that are some of my favorites! The video was also good, although I don't love that they had to use like stock music for the background (I guess it's because of copyright issues with other songs?). I wish they would have included audio of the vows rather than the cheers of the attendees, so make sure you ask them to do that if you want it! I do love that they provided us with all the raw video footage though, as some of the most special moments didn't make the highlight video. Due to the event running behind, the cost increased a bit (which I was asked about after the wedding) due to the 2 photographers needing to split up to cover the shots. I wish they had asked me or the Wedding Coordinator about that on the day of so we could understand better what was the issue, but it was a minor thing in terms of communication. Overall 8/10 rating and would recommend.”
