When we started planning our wedding, finding the perfect venue felt overwhelming. That’s where Mostest came in and completely saved the day. Thanks to their Venue Match service, we found our dream spot—the Prospect Park Boathouse. It was exactly what we envisioned: beautiful, intimate, and full of charm. Mostest made the process so easy by narrowing down options based on our style and budget, which saved us hours of research and back-and-forth on quotes. My favorite part of the service was contract review, where they breakdown each line of the contract so nothing surprised us. We also used their Day-of Coordination, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when they recommended a Junior Coordinator too. Our wedding had two locations—ceremony and reception—and having a point person at each site was a total game-changer, so I'm glad they guided us. It meant everything ran smoothly, and I didn’t get bombarded with questions or last-minute details. The Junior Coordinator handled all the logistics at the ceremony while the lead coordinator managed things at the reception. If your budget allows it, splurge for this add on for sure. We hired Sarah for her services roughly a year out from our wedding. From the start, Sarah was extremely responsive and helped answer all my questions. During this time, we had selected a majority of our vendors but we needed Sarah's expertise in organizing our long to-do list, logistics and design ideas. A majority of our guests were traveling to our wedding so the logistics of how the weekend looked was very important to us as a couple. We met with Ani shortly after getting engaged where she shared her process, expertise, and transparent estimates for her services. After deciding to work with her, we met on a monthly cadence to discuss options for things like venue, vendors, details, and timelines. She kept track of all of our details on a project management platform to which we had access. This kept us on track with what we had to work on, well ahead of schedule with most decisions, and relatively stress-free throughout the process. When it came to venues, vendors, and purchases, Ani did a great job of taking our expectations, budget, and general intended vibe for our wedding to source the right people/things. She has a great pulse on the best folks to work with and matched us up to 3-5 options to choose from. They were all amazing which made decision-making tough — a great problem to have! Ani is also flexible and consultative in how she works with you. We thought we had a clear idea of the kind of venue we wanted, but the first one we decided to look at (and ultimately the one we went with) was a departure from that. Ani was sure to check in with us to communicate that, but she swung with us when we we expressed interest in things we hadn’t fully entertained before. I would recommend having some idea of what you’d like, but just know that Ani is easily able to help you fill in the gaps. Overall, the planning process was seamless and Ani kept us on schedule so that we really weren’t stressed out about any of the logistical and aesthetic details of the wedding, giving us plenty of space to manage the personal parts of planning. As for the weekend of the wedding, Ani, Gab, and Gab ran the show like the pros that they are. Ani was there to orchestrate our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party and everything went off without a hitch. This gave us the ability to be fully present with our guests. The day of the wedding was no different. Ani and her team were the first people we saw when we started preparing for the day at the crack of 8am. Ani had a very solid timeline that was shared with all of our vendors and the venue and we stuck to it. They did an amazing job of getting all of our VIPs into position for the events of the day like hair/makeup, photos, and lunch. Ani was even sure to align with our VIPs on fielding questions and concerns about various things throughout the day. Basically, Ani and her team were there to manage any and all issues that popped up (hardly any did), so we could be free to be excited about getting married! She took the very few high-stress moments and brought us back down to earth. Like I said, working with Ani was the best decision we made for our wedding. We were lucky to have met her and planned our wedding with her, and our only regret is that we don’t get to plan another wedding with again soon.

Joy was incredible to work with as our Month Of Coordinator, can’t recommend her and the Taylored Events team enough! We’d already selected our venue, vendors, and design, but wanted support with ironing out final details, timelines, and day-of logistics. We initially weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator to begin with, but are so glad we went with them, especially because it made the day completely stress free, not only for us as the couple, but just as importantly, for our family and wedding party. Joy gave us a spreadsheet to help us check off everything we needed for planning, created our timeline down to the minute for the day of, coordinated all communication with vendors leading up to and throughout the wedding, oversaw our rehearsal walk-through the day before (on site), and set up our decor for us. Special touches included being so kind to our flower girls and keeping them entertained (thank you to Joy’s assistant, Lindsey) during speeches, taking phenomenal candids and Polaroids throughout (we had a camera out for guests to use during reception, pic attached), and helping with my quick dress change. I'm Claire. I opened WedWell in 2014 after I had a terrible experience with the planner for my wedding (which is why I aim for a low stress, high fun planning environment). With over a decade of experience in events, it was time that I started helping couples through the wedding planning process. I love all things weddings: the couples, the venues, the uniqueness, the love, the families, the vows, the toasts, the dancing, the photo booths, the cake (well, any dessert really). The most thoughtful, organized, fun, amazing person we’ve ever met, and she single-handedly made our wedding PERFECT. Every single detail was perfect, and we were able to enjoy every moment of our night. Her responsiveness was instant, and on the day of she kept my fiancé and I so calm when we were freaking out. All of our friends told us we needed to get a planner, and I am SO thankful we found Claire. She made our wedding so much fun and zero stress and it looked so beautiful. This was the greatest day of our life, if were to do it a hundred times over I would ask Claire every time. Honestly a single thing didn’t go wrong, and I cannot believe I’m saying that about a wedding. In the planning, it was clear the Claire knew exactly what she was doing, has done this so many times, and had planned for everything we could possibly need. Working with Greta for our February 2025 wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we met with her (and even before we signed a contract with her) she was incredibly supportive and helpful. If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. She'll be real with you about what's possible within your budget and she really helped us stay within ours - she has a great system that she provides you access to. I could go on and on about how amazing she is. I'm just sad that our wedding is now over and we won't have a reason to connect! We love you Greta!!!!

One of the big pieces of advice my husband and I first received from married friends was to hire a wedding planner/coordinator and we are SO happy we went with the Merry by Mia team for our May 2024 wedding at Audrey’s Farmhouse! Mia and her team are top-notch, and are incredibly knowledgeable about our venue, to boot! While Merry by Mia bill themselves as “day-of coordinators”, their support really started months before our wedding. From the moment we jumped on our first call with Mia, we knew her team was right for us. She was so warm and excited for us, and was willing to answer any questions we had via phone call, email, and over “office hours” that she hosts on weekends for any couple her team is supporting - even if their “day-of” services haven’t technically started yet. When we weren’t sure about our wedding timeline for the day of, Mia sent us a sample timeline from another May wedding her team had coordinated at our same venue from a previous year. When we had questions about our officiant’s script, Mia sent us the skeleton script she had used when she officiated a wedding, complete with sentence starters for different vows. When we were struggling to find HMU artists who worked with diverse wedding parties, Mia sent us suggestions - one of which we booked and were so so happy with! When we were debating what late-night food to get our guests, Mia said she still dreamed of the Audrey’s team’s chicken fingers…and so of course we went with the chicken fingers - and guess what our guests still talk about?! These are just some of the many examples of how much we really relied on Mia’s expertise and support in the months leading up to the wedding, and how she continually went above and beyond. When it came to our actual wedding coordination, Mia let us know that she wouldn’t be available, and so we’d be working with her colleague Sara, who had actually coordinated Mia’s own wedding. Sara, too, was incredible. From about three months out from the wedding, Sara was in constant contact with us about upcoming vendor deadlines, helping us organize our final timeline, floor plans, and vendor COIs. She liaised with our venue when we had additional questions, and sent us resources for all sorts of things, from figuring out how to get our officiant (a family member) ordained to locating websites where we could generate wedding crosswords for free. Sara assisted us both on the rehearsal night, making sure things went smoothly, and the wedding day. She immediately connected with my family when we arrived, putting my parents at ease, and was wonderfully calm, steady, and supportive on the day of the wedding, from helping set up our tables and making sure all signage was placed appropriately, to helping me get a pollen stain out of my wedding dress with stain remover from her all-encompassing emergency kit, to arranging for an extra seat for a surprise guest who showed up, to getting band-aids and my husband’s and my dancing shoes (Nike Dunks) to us during dinner after my husband developed a blister from his loafers, to packing our decor back up at the end of the night. Mia and Sara had assured us that on the day of the wedding, all the planning we’d done together would pay off and we wouldn’t have to stress about a thing - and I can say our wedding was truly stress-free. Both Mia and Sara ended up feeling like friends by the end of this process, and I am so so glad we put our wedding in their hands.

WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I couldn't recommend them more if you need help on your wedding day.

Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. I don’t think I could say enough good things about Kayce. She is so attentive with her work. She knows everything you need to make your day perfect, and she has it on hand through her inventory so you don’t have to do all the extra work! When things went a little crazy on my wedding day (I’m talking outdoor flooding, pop up tents blowing away, and a last minute ceremony location change), she handled everything with ease and grace! She was able to locate a shop vac to remove water, locate an additional tent set up, and coordinate everyone who was helping out to make my day happen! Things were absolutely perfect with Kayce in charge. I genuinely do not know what I would have done without her! 1000000% worth it to put your faith in her to make your day magical!
