When planning my wedding the photographer was the most critical to me -I was picky. When I saw his work he turned my entire way of looking at my wedding around. Richard and I had over an hour-long conversation and we clicked. I, having a creative director background and working with photographers all my career, was thrilled because we spoke the same language. So there is no question she can deliver what she is looking for. And we are beyond thrilled with all of our photos. The sneak peeks are also so much fun (she sends a batch of photos shortly after she shoots you). But where Lacie shines and what I have to tell you about is everything else. She truly went above and beyond. She’s not just a photographer, she’ll be one of your favorite people on your special day. Yes, Lacie is kind and friendly and comforting and just the kind of person you need on your wedding day (and who you wished you roomed with in college). But she is so much more. Here are just some of the few meaningful things Lacie did that I noticed that I’ll forever carry with me. Firstly, I had a very important rosary I wanted to photograph, and with the chaos, I had forgotten. It would have broken my heart if I left it behind. Lacie remembered. I got fixated on an insignificant hiccup on my wedding day that could have ruined my day. Lacie redirected my attention to the things that really mattered and brightened up my mood immediately. Leading up to the wedding, Lacie advocated for me and my husband ensuring us she was fully dedicated to only us on the day, literally saying “You and Sean are my priority.” Nobody and nothing would take her attention away from us. She was always quick to respond to texts, I could go to her for quick wedding advice, and she’s genuinely so passionate about her craft. Lacie could really be a wedding planner with how much she knows. Other vendors loved working with her, especially our videographers. She was so quick, efficient, and took initiative. She gave them space and skillfully took turns capturing moments with them. With a big wedding party and spacious venue, we kept losing track of people for pictures, Lacie corralled them masterfully. She’s not afraid to get people to focus and get the photos done, but also in the most polite and respectful way. I watched videos of brides saying I wish this or that moment was captured. Sometimes I’d forget whether I had those moments captured myself. Then I go to Lacie’s photos and every single thing that brides mentioned got missed by their photographer she captured for me. Her vibe! She’s so positive and cheery. I was so nervous and also worried about how dark my church was. She got me excited about it after turning it into a positive saying it would look like the theater and she could absolutely work with it. I texted her a shoot list the night before our wedding. She carried that around and took it so seriously making sure she captured everything I listed. I made a Pinterest board of photos I liked and she remembered ones I forgot I included in there. She was my favorite vendor (tied with my incredible florist @dazyflorals) and the vendor I had no worries about it. I didn’t have to check in with her. I could trust her with my eyes closed. She’d be where she needed to be on time, professional, and prepared. I’m going to miss her. Sign her and soak up her sunshine for me, will ya?”

“If you’re looking for a moody, dreamy, romantic wedding photographer, look no further! Carly is absolutely incredible! My husband (then fiancé) and I were searching for a wedding photographer in the Cleveland area when we stumbled upon Drzazga Photo. Best thing to happen to us!! Early on in my planning I knew my wedding aesthetic was going to be boho rustic and I wanted a photographer who would be able to capture it well. We found that in Carly, and honestly, she can make any wedding style look fantastic in her photos!! If you haven’t checked out her work, DO IT ASAP! Not only are the photos she takes beautiful, but Carly’s eye for angles and poses is astounding. She’s incredibly talented and SUPER sweet. Both my husband and I are uncomfortable in front of the camera, but when working with Carly, she made us feel super comfortable and being photographed by her was actually fun. She’s also available at a really great price. While searching for photographers with similar style and quality, we found most of them were way out of our price range. Now that she has an associate team, you can get the same quality for even a bit cheaper! I didn’t work with the associate team, so I can’t speak to how they interact with their clients, but if you can, don’t skimp on having Carly shoot for you, I promise you won’t regret it! She not only gives you great quality for a great value, but she even includes an engagement photoshoot! “My partner and I eloped last weekend at SF City Hall and just opened our sneak peek of Dani's coverage of the day... The photos are beautiful and so authentic to us as a couple. She did an incredible job and we are so happy that we were able to work with her. Throughout the process, Dani was very communicative and available to answer all of our questions. She also took the time to get to know each of us individually, our story as a couple, and our goals/hopes for the day which I think really contributed to her nailing the vibe we were going for. She helped us brainstorm how to get the most out of our 3-hour shoot time and we were able to get in an impressive amount of shots in two different locations without feeling rushed or stressed. Throughout the shoot, she did a great job balancing directing us with letting us just exist together, which resulted in really natural looking photos of us that don't have an overly-posed look.
