I’ve always loved makeup and doing hair, but until the pandemic I never considered making it into a career or a business. But my love for weddings began a long time ago when I worked as the receptionist at a salon at 14 and brides would come in with their friends and moms to get dolled up and those days were my favorite. My love grew when I continued my career as a sales director at a country club and planned and executed numerous weddings and nothing could beat the “thank you” you would get from the bride’s dad when you “made his little girl’s dreams come true.” I now get to make people feel beautiful and play with hair and makeup.

I missed our gorgeous ocean and had to come back! I have an awesome husband, Scott, (he looks like Will Farrell and Matt Damon, Id) whom I've been married to for 20 years in 2017 and two precious children, Hunter 16 (Lord help me) and Maddi 13 (going on 30). I am silly and goofy and will try anything once (okay maybe not bungee jumping, but most anything)!

I spent my childhood hanging out in my grandmother's garden collecting rocks, making mud pies, eating wild blackberries & taking pictures nonstop. I would spend my weekends with my mom to print all of my photos and hanging them on the pink walls of her bedroom, and telling everyone that I was a photographer. I went from taking pictures of the littlest details in nature, to capturing pure raw emotion, love, intimacy, and telling stories with my art. I became exactly who I wanted to be, when I was a little girl, and that’s exactly why I am so deeply in love and passionate about my job. I live for capturing the future nostalgia.
