Everyone raved about the food at our wedding! The appetizers were an early show stopper. Our favorites were the Cremini mushrooms & Jackfruit Mini Tacos - YUM! We had Latin style main entree, Pollo Guisado, which my husband absolutely loved. On top of the amazing food Chef Ellen was really fabulous to work with personally. She worked within my budget, made it easy to stay in touch, and I felt she had our best interest at heart. She was personable and gave us her honest options and opinions. She also helped us with the rentals we needed and finding a bar tender. I was very satisfied with our whole experience.”

We had the chance to visit their space in Brooklyn for couple rounds of amazing tastings including all kinds of appetizers, entrees, cocktail and even dessert samples. Oh man, the variety and creativity of their food is simply mind blowing! We could clearly tell that their chef always puts their clients' need at front and center of everything. During the seated dinner reception, our guests were pleasantly impressed by the food's beautiful presentation and deliciousness. They even helped us source a couple of Lady M crepe cakes for the dessert station! We didn't have to worry about anything at all throughout the event because every member of their team was so professional and efficient. “As soon as we visited On the Marc for our food tasting, we knew that the food would be fantastic—and more on that in a minute—but OTM really set itself apart with the service. They greeted our guests with flavored waters when they arrived (hugely helpful for a mid-summer wedding), had servers ready with drinks and food as soon as cocktail hour started, prepared an appetizer platter for a quick private moment as newlyweds, and much much more. A few things stick out over all though: first, the servers were so attentive that they realized a friend of mine was absolutely smashing one of the appetizers and kept bringing those to her (even learning to take the mint leaf off as she did). Second, they rolled with the punches as we realized we may have screwed up some food placards, accommodating our request to check with each guest to make sure we had it right. Third, they had servers march out all at the same time to bring courses during dinner services, a super-professional touch which gave the service a white-glove-service feel. The food was delicious, and everyone kept commenting on it (even on the dance floor where they brought desserts!!). Overall, the food was amazing, the only thing better than the food was the service, and we highly recommend OTM to anyone considering them!”
