As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

The Foxglove is a wedding venue located in the historic downtown of Marietta, Georgia. This industrial-chic banquet hall was repurposed and refurbished in 2019 to facilitate sophisticated celebrations. The original steel-framed window and exposed brickwork were preserved and blends perfectly with the elegant interiors. Owners Kacey and Hillery Cecil developed this space out of love and passion for antiquated buildings. Their mission was to retain the building’s authentic charm while enhancing it with modern and refined accents. Complete with a romantic courtyard outside, this is a suitable venue for weddings and memorable occasions.

Couples really love all the outdoor space at our venue. Guests are invited to enjoy the space as well as photographers to take pictures in so many areas of the venue. Located at 3687 Briarcliff Road NE, Atlanta, this incredible home is a great venue for a movie or TV set or special events. While the interior of the property doesn’t reflect the layout of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, it does contain a few replicas. There is an Oval Office, with a desk similar to the President and a replica of Lincoln’s bedroom, with a copy of the Emancipation Proclamation on the wall. However, there are some major differences, including a large swimming pool at the back of the property.
