“Hiring Kelsey is an absolute must! She is the investment worth making for your big day. Our ceremony would have been a total disaster without her and her assistant Megan. The DJ that was assigned to our event called in sick the day of, and the back up turned out to be a new employee that was supposed to be training that day and had no experience DJing a wedding by himself (Side note: DO NOT hire Wing Productions) That being said, things could have ended up so much worse if it weren't for Kelsey. Her proactive problem solving, kind heart, and bright/spunky personality made the day stress free for me and my husband, despite all that went wrong. Her timeline creation is an absolute must. If you think you can create a timeline as structured and detailed as her, think again.The amount of time and effort she puts into creating your timeline truly makes a world of difference. Trust me, she thinks of things you won't. Investing in her is worth it for just that alone. But then add in her prompt communication, customized spreadsheet, day of coordination, and everything else in between and she becomes a necessity at a bargain price. She goes above and beyond of what is expected of her. When she found out our caterer didn't have tall table cloths for two of our tables, she drove to another town to get the cloths we wanted and payed for them with her own money. She did all of that without telling us until after the fact. I strongly suggest she be the first vendor you hire, you will not regret it! We certainly didn't.
