If I could give Cheyenne all of the stars, I would!!! Cheyenne was referred to me by a client of mine. She used Cheyenne for her wedding and had worked alongside her at many other weddings. She told me I really needed to consider hiring Cheyenne for my wedding if I was using a planner because of the incredible work she knew she did. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with hiring Cheyenne. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness and caring speaks volumes. From the time she took over as of my day-of wedding planner, I felt supported and confident that I would have the best wedding day ever. We had weekly check-in video or phone calls until a month out from wedding day, and bi-weekly check-ins for the whole month before my wedding. She would always keep me in the loop with tasks she had completed and guided me with whatever tasks I needed to complete. The morning of the wedding my mom and sister were freaking out with anxiety and asking me, “Why aren’t you nervous?!” I replied, “What do I have to be nervous about?” Between the numerous variables being managed by Cheyenne, and seeing how she handled all of my vendors via phone and email leading up to the day, I really felt that I did not have to worry about a thing. My gut was right because the day was flawless and I was completely able to enjoy myself. And while I was able to enjoy myself, I was even happier that my husband could enjoy himself thanks to Cheyenne’s assistant. He helped my husband navigate the day without worrying about anything other than enjoying himself. My husband is a VERY picky man, so the fact that he was floored by Cheyenne’s services says a lot LOL. For that, I will be forever grateful. Your day will be what you want and more with the help of Cheyenne. Don’t think twice about working with her over your other choices!

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! 1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. OH and did I mention that by the time we hired Evelyn, we had less than 6 months to accomplish EVERYTHING?! Yup - she's THAT good. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. Our venue was also difficult to communicate with so Melissa took over all communications with them so I didn't have to deal with the stress. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. We hired a day-of coordinator because although we wanted to own the process of planning the wedding, we did not want to be point persons for vendor questions, logistics, and issues on the day of the wedding. We chose Merry By Mia because we instantly felt like we were in good hands, were reassured by the fact that Mia herself had recently gotten married and knew firsthand what kind of stressors and wrinkles go into a wedding day, and because we were impressed with her podcast. We benefited greatly from working with Merry by Mia! We had a sounding board for questions throughout the planning process, making big undertakings (like finding and booking transportation for 120 people!) much much simpler. And of course, on the day of, we would not have rested nearly as easy if we hadn't known that Mia was there to represent our best interests when we couldn't be there ourselves. We also heavily relied on Mia to understand what we wanted/what was important to us and translate that to our other vendors, especially when we felt we weren't being listened to. This was invaluable to us. Overall, we were incredibly satisfied! From big planning moments down to helping me into my reception dress, the day would not have gone nearly as smoothly without Mia. I would absolutely recommend working with Merry because from my experience, Mia was reliable, understanding, and excited! It means a lot when vendors who live and breathe weddings still have the ability to get as excited over the details as you do. I would say to absolutely prioritize this expense in your budget. For me, I know that if I had allocated that money to any other line item I wouldn't have been able to fully enjoy it because I would be dealing with so much unnecessary stress and wrangling without a point person. Mia went above and beyond, listening to the long list of very particular requests we had and made sure everything was perfect. We're so thankful to her! “

I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We got tons of compliments from our guests at how lovely the entire wedding was and I know we could not have pulled it off without Charissa / Simply Loved Weddings!!

Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. These two allowed me to be completely present on my day and blocked out all the noise for me and I can't thank them enough for that.
