I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. She also helped with some post-wedding issues even though she could have wiped her hands and been done with the event day of. I've already told multiple people in her area to book her immediately.

My husband and I got married on 6/15/2024. I handled majority of our wedding planning, but as an OCD bride, my biggest anxiety was not being able to be hands on for the day of our wedding. We could not have been happier to have Victoria on our team for our July 2024 wedding! We hired Victoria for wedding day management. She went above and beyond throughout our planning process and made us feel like we were her top priority, even though we know she works with many couples throughout the wedding season. During planning, I was struggling with the color scheme and table design for the reception. Similarly, I did not know how to go about creating the timeline for our transportation and wedding day. Victoria provided this for us and it was seamless and so easy. Hiring Dhalia Events was one of the best decisions we made when we were planning our wedding. I am skeptical of the wedding industry in general, but I am convinced that wedding coordinators like Deliece and Melissa are skilled, experienced professionals in a niche field who can make a huge difference in the quality of your experience. And what's the point if you don't get to enjoy your wedding experience? Here are some specific things that Deliece and Melissa did that were super-helpful on the day of: 1) I couldn't find the body tape I had bought, but they had some on hand. 2) I needed to stay hydrated after I got my makeup done, so they provided straws so I could drink without messing up my lipstick. 3) The groom's vest had fallen to the bottom of his garment bag after we dry cleaned it, but they had a portable steamer and were able to get the wrinkles out. 4) They arranged a tent for our DJ for the ceremony, which was outdoors, when they discovered at the last minute that the contract required a tent rain-or-shine. 5) They made sure we ate dinner (and dessert). 6) They made sure waitstaff were replacing our drinks at regular intervals during the reception. 7) They brought a handheld portable fan, which was a lifesaver since it was more than 90 degrees outside. 8) They provided transportation around the property, which was a vineyard that wasn't very walkable in my nice shoes. 9) A friend left something in their car by accident at the end of the night, and they arranged to mail it to her a few days later. All of these things were nice surprises. It's not like we asked them to bring straws, it didn't even occur to us that we'd need them. But Deliece and Melissa brought them anyway because this is their job and they know what they're doing. They were PREPARED. I also want to note that I did not buy full wedding planning services from them, just month-of coordination, but they never treated me like a less important client. There were cases in the months leading up to the wedding where I asked them for help that was actually outside the scope of services we had agreed on, and they were very professional in letting me know that it wasn't included in my package. I appreciate that they enforced their boundaries so politely and respectfully-- I like that in a person. Overall, I can't recommend Dhalia Events highly enough.

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

For almost the entirety of the planning process, we put off working with a wedding planner. About 3 weeks before our wedding day, we realized we couldn’t put it off any longer – that’s where One 15 Events came in. From our first conversation with Erica and Katie, we knew we made the right decision and were in the right hands. Katie immediately injected a sense of calm into the weeks leading up to our big day. She was thoughtful, thorough, precise, and decisive. On our wedding day, Katie was our right hand. She was our eyes and ears, running around to ensure every detail was executed as we planned. When there was a small table snafu at the eleventh hour, it was Katie who sprang into action to resolve. When it was time for our brief ceremony rehearsal, it was Katie who took charge and led the way. When we realized our bridesmaids hadn’t been given their bouquets for formal pictures, it took no more than a minute for Katie to locate and hand them out. It was because we had Katie there as an extension of us that we were able to sit back and enjoy what could have been a hectic and stressful day. Spoiler alert – the day was awesome! We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Teyanna was beyond accommodating and informative throughout the entire process. Her precise, creative, and professional "client-first" mentality shone through. From countless Zoom calls to meeting up in person to select flowers, it was more than we could have asked for and were expecting. Her professionalism and creativity showed through when we had to improvise our outdoor ceremony to an indoor one thanks to a horrific tropical storm. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!

My husband and I knew we needed a day of coordinator because on our wedding day he wanted me to finally check out and relax! As someone who is very type a, I didn't want to not enjoy my actual wedding because I was so focused on details. Like most venues we had a Bridal Attendant who was great, but I can't speak enough about how a day of coordinator is so necessary. There really were so many moving parts that day and Mia took care of all of it. Her involvement allowed my mom and mother in law to be able to actually have fun. It was great to see! Leaving the pressure of getting things right on the day of to Mia and her team was the best decision I made! She was actually the first vendor we hired. It was truly a non negotiable for us! We chose Mia because she was able to really walk us through the entire process and answer all of the questions we had with the least amount of fluff! When we hired Merry we decided to pay a little extra for a second on site coordinator and that ended up being a great choice! Her team worked directly with our venue to make sure everything was where it needed to be and when it needed to be there. I was also able to assign someone to my husband and the groomsmen so that they felt special and taken care of! We even had one small thing that came up that because of the conversations we had she knew exactly what to do. It was super windy on the day of and our ceremony was in a tent that was supposed to be open to the water views. The venue ultimately left them open but she made an executive decision (found me quickly to re-confirm) to close the panels/curtains and it saved our guests from freezing and not being able to actually hear the ceremony. She also made sure that all of the things we really cared about (pictures, moments etc) were captured! We'd hire Merry by Mia a thousand times over!

A few weekends ago I had the opportunity to DJ a wedding and Abby, owner of Aventz Co. was the wedding coordinator. Having worked with many coordinators over the past six years, Abby was hands down, the best I have ever worked with. Our correspondences began months before the wedding. Abby reached out to me to introduce herself and discussed the details of the wedding, what the bride and groom wanted, and presented a preliminary timeline. When changes occurred, Abby notified me immediately. A week before the wedding, Abby sent out a incredibly detailed list of the days events to all the vendors. The attachments included 4, multiple page outlines and diagrams of the ceremony set up, pictures of the park layout, the guest seating chart (as well as each meal selection), and even a video showing a map of the area while providing commentary of the schedule for the day. I was impressed by her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. During the wedding, Abby was everywhere, given directions, helping with plating, and making sure everything was perfect. She is hands down, the best coordinator I have worked with and will certainly be referring her to all my future clients.
