They worked closely with us very early on to develop creative and elevated cocktail hour and dinner menus that our guests raved about afterwards - if you're looking for suggestions, the cheesy arancini balls were the clear favorite during cocktail hour, and the chicken satay bites (pictured) were a close second! The team was very careful to suggest ingredients and dishes that would help us lower costs without sacrificing quality, portion sizes, or gourmet touches. On the day of the wedding, they were extremely well-prepared, and their waitstaff were experienced and professional individuals. Early on during dinner service, they encountered some problems that were absolutely no fault of their own, and they pivoted with such care and precision that we didn't even know there were issues!
