Our wedding venue at The Vieux is very versatile. You can choose to get married in front of the mountains up by the gazebo and outside chapel, on the balcony of The Vieux in front of Mt. Le Conte (if it's a small wedding party), in the back yard of The Vieux surrounded by the trees or inside in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Wherever you choose, your wedding will be unique and just as you choose it to be. We don't charge an exorbitant amount for our venue because we want you to be able to afford to stay at The Vieux and have your wedding all rolled into one at a great price. Some choose to do everything DIY while others choose to have a wedding coordinator, catered food and decorators come to prepare everything for them. Whatever you choose is up to you so it can be your perfect day on The Mustard Seed property at Your Home Away From Home in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. All of your guests can stay too in our 7 other cabins on the same 12 acres/mountain top.

This venue was an answer to prayer, the perfect place to have my smaller wedding with a rustic family gathering vibe. The Vieux doubles as an Airbnb and wedding venue, which was the ideal space for my wedding since my family was from out of town. Knowing that I was paying one price for lodging for my family and a wedding venue all in one was a major source of peace of mind. It was so wonderful not worrying about having to book two different venues for the ceremony and reception! Not to mention how beautiful both the cabin and grounds are! We were going to have our ceremony on top of the mountain with the mountain views in the background but the uncertainty of the weather influenced our decision to have it down at the cabin instead. We did take our couple portraits at the top of the mountain with the views though! The Vieux has so many options - inside and outside - for both ceremony and reception locations (if weather doesn't look like it will cooperate!) Having those options was amazing, as well as the host's communication, responsiveness and willingness to help at every step of the process - also an answer to prayer. Kathryn was a phenomenal host and I highly recommend her and her venue! She helped us so much, kept in constant communication whenever I had questions or needed any kind of help. It all culminated in the most beautiful and special day that my husband and I could imagine. We will always look back on our wedding with the sweetest memories - all made possible by Kathryn and The Vieux. It truly did feel like our home away from home!

Our experience at Fire Mountain Resort & Spa was truly amazing. The resort's communication style was fantastic - they worked closely with our wedding planner to create an awesome weekend filled with fun and laughter for our entire group. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and enchanting, with so many great options on the property and plenty of places for our guests to stay on site. We felt like we got an incredible value, as the million-dollar views were simply breathtaking. The resort staff was incredibly helpful, coordinating vendors and transportation for our guests and ensuring the grounds were meticulous. Honestly, we think this location and their accommodations are some of the most spectacular in the region - the views seem to change from hour to hour. I held my son and his now wife’s reception here in Sept 2024. You will not find a better person to work with than Sandra. She has the best idea’s and will help make your event special and perfect. The Bonaparte castle is a must see to appreciate its beauty. Her way of putting ideas together with your own brings her event space to life. Not only are the renovating a castle but they have a great outdoor space including a fire pit. There is a small tavern that can be used for that very purpose. I am holding my own wedding and reception here next Oct and couldn’t be more excited to work with her again. Please enjoy my photos.

Our wedding at Uptown Indigo was perfect from start to finish. The facility is so much bigger than these photos suggest. My husband and I both feel that the level of service and attention to detail made the value of Uptown Indigo second to none. When we first went in for a tour, Duncan made us cocktails and spent more time with us than any other tour we had. The staff actually cared about us and we didn't just feel like a number. My favorite part was the bridal suite in the morning. They turned the whole top floor into the bridal suite and it felt like a movie when the elevator doors opened and we walked out and placed our dresses on the coat hanger. There was music playing, and mimosas set out. My mom started crying and then I started crying and I knew then that the day would be perfect. I highly recommend the Uptown Indigo venue/family and we am so thankful that we trusted our wedding day to them.

We had the most beautiful, intimate wedding at Hidden Haven on Bluff Mountain with our closest 20 family members and friends. The venue was super cute and cozy, providing the perfect setting for our small celebration. The Smoky Mountain Views were absolutely stunning, especially with all the vibrant fall colors—it was heavenly! The convenient on-site lodging was also a huge plus! Our group comfortably booked two of the five cabins available in the area, with plenty of room to spread out if needed.

Clem and his team were just phenomenal to work with. Every text, phone call was responded to immediately. It was like we were their only client or event--and that was quite the contrary. Clem would work nights and weekends with us and even on his days off to resolve specific issues that came up promptly. We felt it their service and attention was very personalized to our needs-and that is exactly what we needed with our 3-event wedding schedule. We had our ceremony and reception at Bakery 105 and used 128 South for catering. Throughout the planning process Jordan and Katie were so quick and responsive, providing all the answers we needed! We changed our mind many times and they were so accommodating. 128 S does group tastings which is such a great concept! You truly get to see before your wedding day how capable their chefs are of making a meal on a large scale and how attentive all of their service staff and bartenders are. The entire tasting experience put me at ease for the day of! 5 stars is not enough for the professionalism and clarity of communication from the venue/catering services.
