The first time I photographed a wedding was intensely nerve-wracking, but as the day wore on it really started to click and I fell in love with getting to be such an important part of the celebration. “2020 has been crazy for everyone. We originally had a big wedding planned in late August but COVID had other plans. So we decided to have a much smaller ceremony and Ryan was willing to help. We got ahold of him a week or so before and told him the basic plans, even though we had actually planned none of it, and he was more than willing to accommodate us. We started planning on a Monday and the wedding was on that Thursday and he didn't miss a beat and managed to be extremely helpful. The pictures we got were amazing in a lot of different ways. He took a lot of great photos of us getting ready before the ceremony. He was able to capture our intimate ceremony very well. He did all of the things we wanted and was also able to suggest a lot of great ideas to capture the day. He even managed to get some great candids when we were having fun and joking around before, during, and after the ceremony. Ryan Richardson was very professional and the pictures are amazing but more than that he was able to make us less stressed during a very short, high-stress planning period. Because of the reassurances and communication during the planning period, we knew that our pictures would come out great with Ryan.”

She was easy to talk to and has a casual style that I appreciate, while still guiding us through the process and making sure we were on track with scheduling, deciding on details for the day, etc. Of all of our vendors, she was by far the most organized. The quality of her work is simply gorgeous and she managed to make us look much cooler than we really are! She captured all the candid moments we had hoped for, and we were amazed at how quickly she got through our posed photos so we could just enjoy the rest of our wedding day. My dad even commented, "Wow, I don't know when you guys had time to get all of these!" after seeing the gallery. We also had a laundry list of family/wedding party pairings and we got through them all promptly after the ceremony, without a ton of fuss, which is exactly as we'd requested. She pulled us aside after dinner when the sun was at the perfect height to get a few more photos, and they're some of my favorites despite only taking us away from the party for about 5 minutes. The preview gallery came SO fast (I believe it was within a day or two) and the pics were just amazing. She was so accommodating of anything we wanted to do, and also had suggestions whenever we weren't sure what we wanted. I also requested to get a couple photos before our final gallery was done so that my mom could use them for Christmas cards and she was so accommodating of that request and sent them right away. “A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

Communication is a 10/10, responds almost immediately and is such a nice person. She created a folder solely for our session, and used the inspo pics to pose us and really get the essence of our vibe. Super cool person to work with. Very friendly, and very professional. As for the turn around time, we received a few of our save the date pictures the day after!! Super fast compared to other photographers. Also included some drone pictures, which were some of the best shots. I definitely recommend to anyone. If I wasn’t having a destination wedding, Tati would be my photographer. I grew up in South Florida and moved to Boston in 2007 to attend Emerson College. While photographing punk rock bands as a hobby I fell into wedding photography. My business grew from there and I never looked back. By the time I graduated I was able to do wedding photography full time and I’ve spent the past decade photographing weddings all over New England, the US, and the world. “We are not just delighted, but truly impressed with how Zac captured our special day. His professionalism, friendliness, and guidance on all the different aspects of the day were invaluable. In fact, Zac was with us from the very beginning of the process. I contacted Zac to see if he could capture the moment of my proposal as a surprise to my now wife. He worked seamlessly with me to get details settled. Then, he took the initiative to talk directly to restaurant management to sneak in and capture the moment as candidly as possible. kingAfterward, he even took fantastic shots of us around Boston's Seaport. It was an excellent way to announce our new engagement to friends and family. Next, Zac was able to work with us on a date to do an engagement session with us in the heart of downtown Boston. Even though we provided some guidance on locations, he knew exactly where to go, how to pose us, and prompts to ensure we were all having a good time! Oh, and I can't fail to mention how great Zac is with dogs; he was perfect at making sure our little guy was smiling, looking at the camera, and incorporated into photos as possible. He promptly delivered an amazing set of images perfect for our wedding website and Save the Date. Zac's adaptability and proactive approach were a source of great comfort as we approached the big day. He made sure to check in with us regularly and follow up with questions about the timing of the day and our particular rituals. When rain threatened to change how we handled our ceremony, Zac and his second shooter, Ally, could roll with the punches, ensuring we still got every photo we wanted (and more)! Extra props to Ally for helping all the groomsmen get their boutonnières pinned on securely. If it wasn't clear already, the photos we received were stunning and totally encapsulated what the day felt like. We are transported back to that day every time we look at them, and the feelings of joy, hope, and excitement wash over us again. Zac did a great job touching up the photos as needed and provided a great first draft of the physical albums we added to our order (the quality of those was also excellent). Overall, Zac is your guy if you're looking for an energetic, fun, professional, and knowledgeable photographer who will capture every aspect of your special day. We're so happy we chose him, and are glad to call him a good friend.”
