We came to her with A LOT of ideas that went outside of the normal routine for a wedding, and she accommodated every whim while also making every detail more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. It rained all day up until 30 minutes before our ceremony and somehow we still had dry cushions and wedding favors on every chair for the guests the moment our ceremony needed to begin. I can't say enough wonderful things about Alejandra & ABC Events. Their team came recommended to me by my caterer, and I'm so glad I found them. We had a destination wedding in Key West in April (2025), and as someone who is type A/likes to be in charge, I had no problem turning my vision over to Alejandra to execute. She made me feel so at ease leading up to the big day, and the day itself ran nothing short of perfect. Their month-of Coordinator package was perfect for us. Ale handled all of the admin things I hadn't thought about (licenses, proof of insurance, layouts, etc.), built out our run of show, made sure all vendors had a copy, and worked with me to ensure each of our vendors was clear on their day-of responsibilities. When I walked into our venue before the wedding, it was even better than I imagined, and I know it wouldn't have come together without this team. Going into wedding planning, it was important to me that we and our families were able to enjoy the day and not feel the stress of the little last-minute things that inevitably pop up. I would hire Alejandra & ABC Events again in a heartbeat because if something went wrong, I had no clue. My parents and in-laws raved about how stress-free the day felt and how efficient and smooth the breakdown/end of the night ran. Our day was a dream, and I owe it to our wonderful vendors. If you're on the fence about a coordinator, trust me, this will be the one thing you don't regret booking.
