“As someone who had an unfortunate experience with a wedding planner scamming me (aka I paid her a deposit and she ghosted me), believe me when I say Breanna is the real deal. I signed her for partial planning services and she did not disappoint. For context, I had no idea what I was doing. I had never attended a wedding and my parents are immigrants who didn’t have the whole American wedding experience, so they had even less of a clue of how it works. I knew I’d miss crucial details and needed someone along the way as I was planning all by myself. Breanna came up with timelines, emailed vendors for me, checked in frequently, and gave me solid guidance whenever I needed advice. I think where she really shined was the day of. So if you’re considering it, at the very least sign her to be your day-of coordinator. I’m an extremely organized person, but on the wedding day I didn’t want to be running around. She was extremely professional and responsible throughout the whole day. Breanna was always one step ahead. I arrived at the church, she was already there waiting having organized the wedding party to walk down the aisle. Bus pulled up at the venue, Breanna was already there clipboard in hand. Reception started, Breanna was already next to me asking about my thoughts on the food and how things were going. Another thing — before I said it, she already did it. For example, I was worried my welcome sign didn’t get set up so I asked her. She pointed at the sign. She had already set it up. I was worried about vendors knowing about a change of location. Breanna had already updated every single one of them via email days ago. I was worried about whether I signed the right vendors. Breanna vetted every single one. And they all nailed it on the day of. Like I cried tears of joy for over my photographer and florist and how phenomenal they were. Hear me out. I’ll be the first to admit I have trust issues and I am the person who is very much like “I’d rather do it myself because I know it will get done and get done well. So I’ll just do it.” But girly pop, you can’t do it all. And you shouldn’t have to. Enjoy this moment. Breanna is the planner you can trust. Believe her when she says she’ll do it. Know she will do well. For the first time, I could close my eyes, take a deep breath, and know I had nothing to worry about.”

“Waverly Oaks was absolutely the easiest and best decision we made when planning our wedding!! The venue is stunning - beautiful outdoor and indoor ceremony space, a huge an inviting cocktail hour/bar area, and a lovely reception room to keep the party going. The food was the best we’ve ever had at a wedding and our guests still tell us the same a month later!! Beyond the venue itself being amazing, the people there are even better. Lindsey, Kathryn, and Mary were so fantastic from the first time we met them for a tour through our wedding day. They are so great at answering questions, providing ideas, and really just being there to make dreams come true. They made the experience the best I could’ve ever imagined as a bride and am so grateful for them and their support!! “Hotel 1620 Plymouth Harbor was a lovely venue for our wedding. The coordinators were extremely helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the planning process, promptly answering our many questions. They also walked us through rehearsal with ease. On the big day, the coordinator did arrive slightly behind schedule, but we made up the time with efficient photography. The hotel has a beautiful historic ballroom that perfectly suited our theme. The wedding suites are also quite lovely with harbor views. We did have some minor issues - a few guest rooms are outdated and some key cards malfunctioned - but the staff quickly resolved these. They also securely stored all our decor for pickup the next day. Overall, Hotel 1620 offers a beautiful, affordable venue and helpful staff, with just a few small hiccups. We highly recommend them for weddings and events.”

“2020 has been crazy for everyone. We originally had a big wedding planned in late August but COVID had other plans. So we decided to have a much smaller ceremony and Ryan was willing to help. We got ahold of him a week or so before and told him the basic plans, even though we had actually planned none of it, and he was more than willing to accommodate us. We started planning on a Monday and the wedding was on that Thursday and he didn't miss a beat and managed to be extremely helpful. The pictures we got were amazing in a lot of different ways. He took a lot of great photos of us getting ready before the ceremony. He was able to capture our intimate ceremony very well. He did all of the things we wanted and was also able to suggest a lot of great ideas to capture the day. He even managed to get some great candids when we were having fun and joking around before, during, and after the ceremony. Ryan Richardson was very professional and the pictures are amazing but more than that he was able to make us less stressed during a very short, high-stress planning period. Because of the reassurances and communication during the planning period, we knew that our pictures would come out great with Ryan.”

She helped set up our venue and coordinate our vendors on the day-of so we did not have to lift a finger. She had been super communicative with us before the wedding so she knew what was our vision. And it was truly a dream come true. Julie had helped the caterers set up almost everything! She worked with them to set up the ceremony (which was beautiful). She set up our archway and put down the decorations with the florist. Then she transferred our arch to the sweetheart table! There were so many details that she helped set up from our tablescapes to the audio guest book to the table and guest cards. She did it all! She also was super helpful and communicated with us on the timeline, helped organize our line-up for the ceremony, made sure we had food and drink during dinner, coordinated with our bus driver, and cleaned up everything at the end of the night for us to pick up in the morning. We would highly recommend Julie for anyone who needs a Day-of Coordinator!”

The 1620 Winery once served as rope-braiding building when part of the historic Plymouth Cordage Company (The nations oldest and largest manufacturer of ship rigging since the early 1800’s). In 2015, Bob and Raquel Mullaney undertook a comprehensive renovation of the gorgeous historic building as a labor of love in order to restore and preserve its rugged beauty and its historic character. The project was completed in 2017 and the new 1620 Winery reopened as a fully operational Winery, wedding and events venue. “After we toured 1620 Winery at Cordage Park, we immediately got in the car and said to each other that we should book it for our July 2023 Wedding. We have zero regrets! It was so beautiful and unique as a venue. We loved the convenience of everything being in one place- and so did our guests! We also loved that although it is primarily an inside venue (with air conditioning for a summer wedding!), there is a large outside deck for guests to enjoy. Logistics and planning were a dream. They are incredibly organized and prepared for anything. Jenn, the coordinator, clearly knows how to run a fantastic wedding and if anything went wrong behind the scenes, we have no idea! The wine was delicious and a fun talking point for guests. The food was hands down some of the best food we’ve had at a wedding (we loved going to the tasting ahead of time, too!) - our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how unique and fun the venue was. We love, love, loved getting married there and would suggest it to ANYONE looking to book with them. We are so happy with our decision to choose 1620 Winery at Cordage Park.”

“After one visit with Claudio at the Rotch Jones Duff House, my husband and I knew immediately that was the perfect spot for us to host our wedding. The Rose Garden was a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and the grounds provided plenty of space for our guests to eat, dance and celebrate. Claudio was so easy to work with, he was proactive in letting us know what he needed from us and provided so many tips and recommendations all throughout the planning process. The venue provided much of what we needed for the day, eliminating the need for excess rentals and even coming through a few times in a pinch with details we had accidentally overlooked. They were flexible in so many ways, accommodating all of our vendors and allowing for adjustments as we altered our guest list and changed our vision. Claudio answered every question, was quick to respond and provided invaluable insight for novice planners like us. On the day of the wedding, he was the silent star of the show; we had a day-of coordinator who was helpful and definitely necessary but it was Claudio who knew how to keep everything running exactly to plan and made the day feel completely seamless so I could focus on enjoying my time as a bride instead of stressing about the details of the day. Even our guests and bridal party loved him! From start to finish, working with the Rotch Jones Duff House was easily the best decision we made in planning our wedding. I can’t overstate how well worth the cost it was and how stress-free our experience with them has been. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the rose garden was and the stunning photos we took all over the grounds will forever speak for themselves.”
