I've spent over 25 years behind the camera, telling stories through portrait, wedding, and fine art photography. While in London, I earned a distinction from The Royal Photographic Society for my documentary portrait work. I studied at the Brooks Institute of Photography and continued learning through workshops with 2MU, Jerry Ghionis, Parker Pfister, Brook Shaden, Cliff Mautner, and Paulina Duczman. Every shoot is a chance to connect and create something meaningful.

I love what I do. I found my way to professional photography in a roundabout way, having started my working career as a marine scientist and environmental educator in CA and then on Maui. After years immersed in the ocean and hundreds of hours spent underwater, I realized that I was happiest on days when I could adventure freely with a camera in hand. The drive to learn more and become a better photographer lead me back to school on the east coast, where I ended up finding a new dream career and a home and community that I love.
