This venue checked all of our boxes- food and alcohol service, an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour space, and an elegant and open reception space. The food was amazing and we continue to receive compliments on it even weeks after our wedding. The staff at this venue, from our day-of coordinator (shout out to Ellen) down to the waitstaff, know exactly what they're doing and how to make a wedding run smoothly. Ellen was a rockstar throughout the entire planning process - communicative, responsive, and professional, and helped the day run seamlessly even when things got a bit chaotic. We even had a wedding attendant that kept us and the bridal party fed and provided drinks throughout transitional times. From the second we set foot on the venue to the second we left, we knew we were taken care of and didn't have to worry about a thing. Almost a month later and we have not stopped receiving compliments about our wedding day.\n\nWe got married in early November, so there wasn’t much foliage on the trees, but that did not take away any of the beauty of this venue! We lucked out with weather and had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in front of the lake. The transition from our ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception was flawless and incredibly well-organized. The venue itself is breathtaking with its large windows, offering stunning views and a layout that allowed for an easy and natural flow throughout the day. There are also SO MANY photo ops, so even if weather didn’t cooperate, we would have had gorgeous photos no matter what!\n\nThe food was nothing short of amazing! All of our guests, even our most high-maintenance ones, were highly impressed from our passed hors d’oeuvres, to our piping hot dinner. They LOVED the cookies & milk station, as well as our late-night french fry bar!\n\nI had been dreaming about this day for as long as I can remember, and I am super type-a, so I have been planning every detail for awhile! It was important to me that certain details were executed the way I had envisioned them. We were assigned Victoria as our Event Producer about 8 months prior to our wedding. She gave us the best advice and suggestions throughout the planning process, which is appreciated when you have so many decisions to make! We had a large wedding of 180 guests, as well as an 8-piece band, so it was important to us to have a large dance floor. Victoria put together the perfect floor plan that allowed us to dance the night away! On the day of our wedding, she setup all of our décor the exact way we envisioned it, and then some! We were so happy to have her there, and she was equally excited to be there for us. We truly did not have to lift a finger once we got to the venue! Our Event Manager, Aubre, kept everything running smoothly behind-the-scenes on our wedding day to the point where we did not have to worry about a thing. Our Wedding Attendant, Emma, was always right there when we needed her! She carried my bouquet or drink, bustled my dress, and even made sure we had and ate our appetizers, dinner, and dessert! These 3 women were lifesavers, and we could not have gotten through the day without them! Sharon and Maria were incredible. We were originally supposed to have our wedding at on a family members property, but they pulled out on us 82 days from the wedding. With a stroke of luck they had our date available. I emailed and called on a Monday morning and Sharon called me on speaker phone while driving her kids to work because she understood my urgency. They got me in for a meeting that very day and we officially booked the venue the next day. Honestly the entire situation was a blessing. They really handle everything for you the day of and the help so much in the planning process when it comes to your decor and schedule planning. They communicated well and promptly. They were there on time and waiting for us at every meeting we had scheduled. They accommodated our schedules. I joked that although I have never taken anxiety meds, I believe that Maria is that in human form. Our wedding came together so beautifully. We were wanting a fun, and relax vibe of a family BBQ and we got exactly that. Having the covered porch was so nice for our guests that would rather conversate and chill, than dance and party. We were able to have an ice cream and pizza truck at the end of the night and they coordinated with them to set up in the right spot. For decor we literally just dropped off our boxes and went over last minute things, and they took it from there. We arrived and it was just how we wanted things and at the end of the night everything was neatly packed in the car to go. Pricing was also insanely good. We looked at many other bring your own vendor venues and non were priced as well as them and also coordinated the day for you. She absolutely killed it and it could not have turned out better. Everyone loved the florals & decor! My bouquet & the bridesmaids were breathtaking and she nailed all my inspo I sent her! She did our arbor also and it was stunning!! She’s truly an amazing person and really cares about all of your wants and needs! & bonus because she makes it happen!!
