The Stone Mill 1792 is a historic and intimate wedding and events venue, nestled on 10 acres in the wooded valleys of York County, PA. The venue consists of the original 18th-century mill building, scenic ceremony lawns, and a 3200 square-foot event tent with permanent Brazilian Walnut deck flooring. Over the past decade, “The Mill” has been lovingly restored to provide a perfect blend of 18th-century details, natural beauty and modern amenities, while tucked away in a park-like setting.

The newest Terrain location, Terrain Gardens at DelVal, is situated on the campus of Delaware Valley University, granted with a historic charm that allows for a uniquely memorable experience. Our venue has stunning outdoor picture spots. Our Country Barn holds 300 guests and our Historic Bridal Barn is a space for our bridal parties to have exclusively. Ceremonies are on the grounds outside under our century-old oak trees.

You and your guests are welcome to roam the gardens and take pictures in the alee of trees, boxwoods, roses garden, walled garden, and private medallion garden. A pond, small waterfall, and landscaped entrance in front of the home is the ideal setting for your onsite ceremony. Appleford works with 8 exclusive caterers and is BYOB. Clients are welcome to select a florist, photographer, videographer, and other vendors.
