Situated alongside the scenic and historic Pequest river in Belvidere New Jersey, our Estate personifies an intimate natural elegance. Our grounds are carefully curated with a grand entrance gate, flowing gardens, and seasonal designs that provide the perfect accompaniment to our three outdoor ceremony spaces. Bello Giorno Estate also offers a separate 'Grooms Room' and Bridal Cottage for the wedding couple. The “hall” is the original music ballroom of the 1893 Cyrus Curtis estate, "Lyndon". The capacity for dining and dancing is 200. Our picturesque gardens are exclusively yours when for the festivities from 6 to 11pm with a max capacity of 175 (some restrictions apply at the max guest count). You have 3 hours with a golf cart + driver to escort you throughout the lush grounds for wedding photographs. Morris Arboretum offers 6 caterers for you to choose from (this is contracted separately, not included in our rental fee). Your wedding can take place both inside and outside of the house, with the seating for your reception taking place under the tented terrace overlooking the gardens. You and your guests are welcome to roam the gardens and take pictures in the alee of trees, boxwoods, roses garden, walled garden, and private medallion garden. A pond, small waterfall, and landscaped entrance in front of the home is the ideal setting for your onsite ceremony. Appleford works with 8 exclusive caterers and is BYOB. Clients are welcome to select a florist, photographer, videographer, and other vendors. Duportail (Du-Por-tie’) House and The Federal Barn are both listed on the National Register of Historic Places and can accommodate gorgeous weddings and large special celebrations with up to 160 guests depending on usage and time of year.
