It was easy to book, rent, and send them back. The one downside was that they changed what the collection looked like between when I booked the flowers and when I received them, and there was no option to go back to the original. They changed the bridesmaids’ flowers to be more floral, when I chose the Jane collection due to the greenery. As flowers weren’t specifically important to me, this wasn’t that big of a deal, but it didn’t feel great to not be able to get what we originally wanted and paid for. After reaching out to them about this issue, we did get a 50% discount on the bridesmaid flowers.”

When I received the flowers, they were well packaged and came with simple but thorough instructions for preparing them. Alexa texted me and let me know they had been delivered and made sure I knew to wire the ranunculus and sent a very helpful video. My sister made my and my MOH bouquets and 10 bud vases, my mom and MIL made 4 wrist corsages, and I made 5 pocket boutonnières. We had a bunch leftover that we made into a giant bouquet for the dining room table at the house I got ready at. I did add a dozen orange tulips from a grocery store to the arrangements, but I 100% did not need to do that. I bought the wildflower elopement package of 1 bridal bouquet and 4-5 bridesmaid bouquets and it was more than enough!”

The other big thing Judy did for us was the florals for the mandap (arch) for the ceremony - it was so spectacular and such an incredible focal point! It was raining for our entire ceremony so we were grateful to have a pop of color against the grey backdrop. The Found Floral team also used such unique flowers for the arch and laid them out in a way that was the perfect balance of textured but also refined (without being stiff or overly formal). My favorite part of working with Judy was that she took the time to understand my vision but then was able to operate and make decisions independently to bring that vision to life. There are 10000 things to do during wedding planning and it was such a relief to know we were in good hands with Judy and not having to make tiny decisions like picking out individual flowers or greenery or designing much of anything. I would work with Judy again in a heartbeat - she has such a chic unique style and is warm and makes her clients feel so comfortable at every stage of the process. Found Floral truly is the best florist in the Bay Area!!”
