I also loved their transparent pricing - it's pretty rare that a company touts transparent pricing, and actually means it. Especially in the wedding industry, it was such a breath of fresh air to just have a vendor be straightforward, honest, and not try to upsell us or misrepresent pricing/fees etc. Steven was our DJ and he listened to everything we wanted & delivered. I had a very specific timeline including emcee cues & music for the pre ceremony & ceremony, and I was a little nervous that with only one meeting beforehand there was room for error. But these guys are professionals, asked questions about anything that was unclear in our meeting, and executed everything perfectly. We provided our must plays for the reception, and Steven texted me before hand asking if he could swap one of our picks with a remix version of the same song. I'd never heard of the remix but said go ahead! Now that song stands out to me as one of my favorite moments from the reception and is always tied to our wedding day. “We have used Craig w/Hi Fidelity for 2 weddings over the years - he is so much more than a typical DJ! He has a way of engaging with the audience that is amazing. He is able to get people involved and dancing that would typically just watch or leave at that point. I have been to many weddings over the years but have never been to any that are more FUN than the ones he’s DJ’d. He had the entirety of guests laughing and participating until the very end when the venue told us we had to wrap it up for the night. I had a guest write me a letter afterwards thanking me for having such a fun wedding reception; he is 70 yrs old and stated that this was the best wedding he’d ever been to in his entire life! Wow. That’s a huge statement. Craig deserves this praise! Craig also served as a master of ceremony for the entire day. He helped coordinate people and things so the entire wedding day was not only smooth and efficient but relatively stress free. That was a huge help/relief for this mother of the bride.
