“I don't even know where to start--TL/DR: Hire Jeff and his crew immediately, this is an easy decision amidst many difficult ones! Jeff was simply wonderful to work with; his easygoing and kind presence were evident from our very first video call. His assistants day-of were likewise incredibly upbeat and professional. Their coverage was comprehensive but somehow completely unobtrusive; my husband and I didn't notice them at all during the day save for some personalized instruction from Jeff (which he was amenable to doing more or less of per our preference, as we wanted things to feel as natural as possible). His presence was just what you would want, like a bright ray of sunlight cutting through the stress of the day. I felt like we were in good hands, and that he and his crew were doing their absolute best. We were excited for the video(s) but unprepared for the quality. You see, Jeff's prices are far more reasonable than many others we looked at, and his services more comprehensive, and a part of us wondered if it was too good to be true. It wasn't. We were blown away. The short video (set to a song of our choice and edited perfectly to fit the song) was a work of art; he perfectly captured the feeling of the day and picked the best footage. The longer video was so well edited too--we were expecting something much more raw but there was so much attention to detail. I knew I wanted videography services and one of her reels caught my eye (the song she used was a string quartet version of one of my husband and I's "songs"). I saw the reel, sent her an email, and was shocked that she was in our budget. It really felt like fate. Cat probably doesn't realize this but booking her set the tone for other vendors we booked and we truly had a dream team. I have her to thank for that! She and Jared were professional, kind, and easygoing. She had a very calming presence about her and she vibed super well with our photographer (who we also loved)! I had zero concern or worry about the quality of the content she would produce- we trusted her completely. Every teaser I saw was exactly what I'd hoped. She caught the most perfect moments and our video is truly a representation of the day. I will cherish it forever, especially as we grow older and the memories inevitably fade. I would book Cat a thousand times over and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a videographer- wedding coverage or otherwise!!”

“I am so blown away by not only the quality of Clint and Leandra's work as videographers, but also what wonderful people they are! Not even halfway through our first zoom with them to talk about what packages they offer and our vision for the day I knew they were the perfect fit for us! Being with them on the wedding day felt like hanging out with old friends, they were amazing at blending in to the crowd to capture candid moments while also giving us prompts that created some of our favorite memories of the day. They worked so well with our other vendors and I don't think our day would have been complete without them. They are masters at what they do, and also the perfect people to have during a busy and, at times, stressful day (Leandra was able to bussle my dress when no one else could get the loop on the buttons AND snagged me some appetizers when I was resting my feet after the receiving line, she was a lifesaver!) My husband and I both teared up watching our trailer and highlight reel, and then happy cried getting to see our whole ceremony, private vows, speeches, and first dances. I know this is footage we’ll be so happy to look back on in the years to come, not just of my husband and I but of our whole families as well! I'm so happy we found Food Cake, you will not regret hiring this fantastic couple!”
