“We initially tried to hire another wedding planner, but she was already booked. However, that wedding planner recommended Tony…and it was truly the greatest thing we could have done for our wedding! Tony was inspiring, smart, whitty, imaginative and a great communicator. Tony was easy to get in touch with, willing to talk whenever needed, and became a little pit bull when we had a hard time with any other vendor. Tony looked over and checked every contract, recommended services and vetted others we liked; Tony didn’t pressure us to upgrade items or services, which took pressure off of us. Tony did try to keep our budget, and came up with alternative ideas to our vision when things got too pricey. We went through numerous ideas to get the outcome we desired! Tony ran the rehearsal, which was the equivalent of herding cats. I have to give big props for that! Then Tony’s with his assistant Arianna set the stage for a wonderful night and broke it all back down returning all the items we wanted to keep. If we were to do this again, we would absolutely hire Tony all over again, but I think we would have hired him prior to booking a venue. He was definitely worth the money and his weight in gold!”

“JayLynn was the absolute BEST day of coordinator we could have asked for on our big day! She was so so helpful! She came to our hotel room to pick up the decor and when she arrived the first thing she said was “do you need anything?! What can I do for you?”. She created the perfect timeline for the day and sent it out to all of our vendors so the day went smoothly. She took the extra flowers we had and I told her “do with these what you will” and she used them perfectly! We had a memorial chair for my husbands parents who had passed and she put the flowers there as well as on our cake! I was so impressed with how she used the flowers. The venue was set up exactly how I wanted and it was even more stunning than I expected. JayLynn was on time to pick up the decor and I never once had to stress about her or the set up. I truly did not have to stress at all on our big day and it meant the world to me. All night JayLynn was helping me with either carrying my train, helping me in the bathroom when needed, and even coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. She helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and change my shoes for the reception. At the end of the night JayLynn brought all of our decor back to the hotel for us!! She ended up staying in the same hotel and I’m so so glad she did because I’m sure she had a super busy day and we didn’t want her to drive home from Frisco at midnight.
