At six years old, she began taking piano lessons with Jean Wonders, and at eight she began Suzuki harp lessons with professional harpist, instructor, and adjudicator Candyce Dunham. She never looked back after her first lesson in October 2007. During her many years as a student, Olivia continued to push herself musically by competing in numerous competitions winning the annual Buckeye Christian School Organization’s spring competition for five consecutive years.

I decided the summer before senior year of high school that I wanted to try out a harp lesson, and ever since that day, I haven’t looked back! In my 13 years of study, I have primarily learned from Elizabeth LeBlanc. I also attended two summers at Rocky Mountain Springs Harp Program, where I studied with Kathryn Harms. I have been very fortunate to have wonderful teachers who got me where I am today! Outside of my musical background , my degree is in Early Childhood Education. I am luck to work in both the childcare and music fields!
