We started with a tasting of all of the flavors we wanted to try, and after trying multiple different bakers prior and not being impressed, the taste of her cakes certainly reigned supreme! “Choosing Cakes by Reba was the best choice of vendor we made for our reception. Our wedding was 11 months ago (apologies on taking so long to write the review), but our families are still talking about the cake and desserts we had at our reception! Reba was wonderful to work with, offered great suggestions as we were trying to decide cake flavors, and offered the best expertise. In addition to the wedding cake, we ordered specialty cupcakes and cheesecake bites. The groom's father passed away before the wedding, so adding toffee crumbles (his favorite sweet) to the top of the cheesecake bites was a personal touch that the guests absolutely loved. She made my wedding cake—a lavender and white chocolate dacquoise (basically an exquisite, giant macaron)—and it was unforgettable. As someone who’s gluten intolerant and used to mediocre substitutes, I was blown away. It wasn’t just beautiful; it was honestly the best thing I’ve ever eaten. We chose 4 flavors and they shipped them right to our house. The popcorn buckets had our cute custom labels which they designed for us and looked PERFECT! We had tons of compliments on the popcorn. We ordered plenty and people were grabbing them to take home at the end of the night. A perfect snack after a few beers. Theu were very fast with the samples and the order too!”
