The property itself is a great option for a 2-day celebration with family and friends - they offer campers plenty of privacy, but also provide complimentary services like a charcuterie board and couples massage if requested. My wife and I got married at this venue in April 2024! Molly was absolutely amazing and helped us coordinate a lot of things for our wedding, including chair rentals (which we upgraded), decor/linens, and seating arrangements. She was professional, communicative, and worked well with our other vendors! Compared to other venues, we felt The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge was priced well. The only minor hiccup for us was having our salads under-dressed during dinner; but overall, the service was great! And our guests loved the stunning views at the club! It's an absolutely beautiful venue!

Had the most beautiful wedding at Wisteria Gardens. As we planned a wedding from 9 hours away Heather made everything so easy. Whether that be doing a walk through with relatives local to the area, text messages and phone calls to answer questions, or sending pictures of decorations they had onsite, she was on it. She always made sure she had our best interest in mind, even on the day of she helped with all the set up and things behind the scenes. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. On top of having a great host, the venue was amazing. We had numerous compliments on how beautiful the event space was. Would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an extremely helpful host to take some of the stress off of you and the most beautiful venue in the Skagit valley.

We LOVED Woodinville Lavender and working with Tom, the owner. We planned our WA wedding from Southern California and found Woodinville Lavender about 7 months before what would turn out to be our wedding date. The process started by hopping onto a Zoom call with Tom where he showed us so many pictures and examples of weddings past. He provided dates the venue was available and showed us pictures of his lavender farm from that date in years past to show us the most accurate representation of what we would get on our wedding day. He answered all of our questions with ease and we booked without ever visiting the venue, that's how much we trusted him! We were able to meet up with Tom at the venue in person in February where he walked us through the grounds, showed us our possibilities of where ceremony and reception would take place, and assured me (the born and raised Southern Californian) there was a rain plan and what it would entail. Like most brides, I imagined sun on my summer wedding day, but I walked away from that meeting feeling great about the rain plan if we needed to enact it. Tom was incredibly communicative and accommodating. When we were struggling to find certain vendors and his recommended list was out of our budget, he went out of his way to brainstorm some more vendors he worked with that was within our budget and gave us details on how they were when he worked with them in weddings past. Truly, Tom's lengthy experience in the wedding industry is such a bonus to his beautiful venue. It put us at ease throughout the process and day of that he knew what he was doing and that we could trust him fully (which is priceless when it comes to vendors). We also forgot to grab a sentimental item and reached out to him a few weeks after the wedding to see if we happened to have left it at the venue. He found it and shipped it back to us, no charge, no questions asked. In summary, the venue is incredible, but Tom is the best (:

I cannot recommend Roche Harbor Resort more for your wedding! The space is gorgeous and incredibly flexible. We had our ceremony in the garden, but there's a chapel for rain so there's no need to worry about what you're going to do in the event of it. The patio and reception pavilion were really open (so thrilled to have found a venue with an indoor-outdoor reception space), but still felt really intimate. Their team were so friendly, kind, patient, accommodating, and creative. Seriously, I could not have pulled this off without them. The help they gave me when planning (such as weighing in on signature cocktails, talking through menus, and coordinating linens) was invaluable. You don't have to worry about knowing all the little things for the venue because they are going to know them already. So many of my guests did not use the block code, but they still managed to provide me with a list of everyone. They got us exactly the kind of rooms we needed (we did a lot of DIY decor and brought our pets so we needed a room with space) and the condos were a really lovely home base for our group. And they were able to make changes and provide us with pack n plays and have everything ready for us early when we got in. Which we did not expect, but were so thankful for! They really work with you and your vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page and the day-of really shows that. The service was SO seamless and impeccable. They sent a golf cart about 6 times because I was running late on my schedule without complaint (I am so sorry about that, y'all!) They let me wait in the lobby while we setup the first look. They held me up and strapped my heels on once I got to the garden. They brought me a plate of appetizers and a cocktail as soon as we walked to the patio and then for the rest of the night I never even had a chance to think about needing something. Someone always beat me to it. I spent no time at all coordinating once the event got going, which is such a rare thing for events in general let alone weddings. The staff knows exactly what they're doing. The signature drinks were spectacular, I wish I was drinking a strawberry rhubarb margarita right now. The restaurant staff is incredible, the front desk crew, baristas, shop cashiers, housekeeping are all the best. The bartender and drivers were incredible troopers who were somehow more energetic than me by the end of the night. There is too much to mention that I can never list it all or thank everyone enough! I will always think of here for any event in future, since the wedding was a one time thing. haha TL;DR: Unbelievable value and incredible wedding experience. Book here.

Capitol City Barn is an absolutely stunning venue, and we consistently received compliments on how beautiful everything was. This is truly a hidden gem, and we were very thankful to have found this venue for our wedding. That being said, I must note that receiving a response from the owner can take some time. I understand they are busy during wedding season, but it did make me panic a bit. The owner also didn’t have a list or pictures of the décor and furniture inventory, which made planning a little tricky. I’d have to send emails asking for dimensions for specific tables or furniture. Still, she did not seem to know the exact dimensions for some of the items, which I thought was a little odd for a venue owner. When we first arrived at the venue for the wedding day, the owner didn’t ask us if there was anything we needed or check to ensure everything was set up correctly, despite my having sent a floor plan. When I did need something or had a question, I had a hard time tracking her down. We did have a day of coordinator, but she did not arrive until noon, and we arrived around 9:50ish. After the day of coordinator arrived, I’m not sure how the communication went as the DOC didn’t really communicate with me much at first (but that’s another story). It also sounded like my DOC had dropped the ball on communicating about furniture pickup times and the ceremony seating arrangement, so I appreciate the owner doing her best to navigate that situation. Additionally, one of the wooden tables we used as a cake stand had some spider webs and pine needles on it, which my mom had to clean off. I was also under the impression that on the day of the wedding, there would be additional staff to help move furniture around, as when we first toured the venue, we were told that “they” could move some items around to make room for dancing or other small details. It even states on their website that “Our staff will set up the tables and chairs for you, while also providing an attendant for the entire event to maintain trash cans, restrooms, and answer questions that may arise on the big day.” However, on the day of the wedding, the only staff member present was the owner, and I felt bad for asking her to move some of the items by herself. Luckily, we had guests to help, and even some of the catering staff assisted with moving the chairs (as the chairs from the ceremony had to be moved to the tables afterwards for the reception). Again, this would have been a lot of work for the owner to do on her own, and I would have gladly hired staff had I known it was just going to be her trying to move over 100 chairs by herself. Later on in the day, another woman (maybe the co-owner) did show up. The only advice I have for anyone booking this venue is to take measurements and possibly take pictures of the furniture inventory to make planning easier, as this information is not provided on their website. Also, if you don’t want guests having to jump in and help move tables and chairs, I would suggest hiring extra staff. All that being said, this is still a beautiful venue and I would recommend it to anyone. They also let you book your own vendors, which is a plus! All the guests had a blast!

Fireseed Catering is easily my favorite venue to work with as a wedding photographer. The grounds are incredibly beautiful, the staff is wonderfully kind and the wedding experience there is truly magical. Everytime I come back Dawn and Dave have added something new to the property. Whether it's a fancy chicken coop or new vegetable boxes in the garden, the attention to detail and care is unparalleled. The thought and love for the property and their clients is also evidenced by the smooth running of the wedding day schedule. And the food! Easily the best wedding food. Dave does a wonderful job working with the clients to create an amazing meal and Dawn's pastry skills are wide ranging and delicious. I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic a venue Fireseed is!

We were looking for a wedding that was both beautiful and low-key, and as soon as we met them, we knew we’d found our match. I don’t want to make any promises on their behalf, but let’s just say I floated the idea of a miniature donkey as a ring bearer, and they didn’t even blink. They matched our vibe immediately. I chose to have Amy do the day-of coordination—and as a project manager and full-blown type A person, I wanted to be completely hands-off on the big day. My wedding binder had instructions down to the napkin folds. Amy NAILED it. If anything went wrong, I never knew. Everything ran perfectly. We also loved how flexible the venue was in letting us create the wedding we envisioned. Through Florence, we found Carol at Island Girls Catering (incredible!) and she connected us to Sweet Buffet Lady for rentals. That trio made for an absolute dream team. We booked the whole house overnight and I highly recommend doing that. Honestly, our only regret was not booking the entire weekend. Having the space to linger, enjoy the night, and ease into cleanup the next morning was priceless.

Once we selected Marionfield, John gave helpful advice about layouts, useful pointers about timelines, stellar recommendations for other vendors, and transparent information about the venue and what does and doesn't work well there. John always responded quickly and thoroughly to emails. He was generous with his time, letting me visit once six months before the wedding and again three months beforehand for a walk through with my coordinator. John is warm, caring, and honest. When you book your wedding at Marionfield, you are also securing a dedicated teammate in your wedding planning journey. About the venue itself: Marionfield is gorgeous. The buildings, landscaping, walkways, and furnishings are all in tip-top condition. Marionfield gets the details right -- dimmable lights in the barn, ADA accessibility, comfortable chairs, the spacious bridal suite with a full kitchen. The location is private, secluded, and quiet. The historic barn offers a charming, romantic backdrop. You also get a team of helpful people on your wedding day who make flips of the space happen, see that the water stays full, and that your other vendors are where they need to be. The team worked seamlessly to make our wedding go off without a hitch. The high level of included services (staff who handle chair and table set-up, venue flips, most clean-up) and add-ons available for very reasonable fees (hot cider bar, flatware, plates, glass water goblets) at Marionfield means fewer moving parts and details to keep track of. We can’t say enough good things about having our wedding at Orting Manor. My (now) husband and I went to tour just ONE venue and absolutely fell in love with the charm of Orting Manor. Not only were we given the option to rent the entire property, but they also had decor available to use for our big day. We felt so supported and were able to ask questions, bounce ideas off, and were given ample information leading up to the day. It’s not often you find a wedding venue that can truly do it all. In addition, Tiphany (venue manager) was a delight to work with from the first day - and we immediately knew we wanted to work with her! Breanna was our day of venue host and she was perfection and helped make the day run smooth! Our guests had the best time, and couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was. It is intimate but also enough space to hold more than enough people. Orting Manor will forever hold such a place in our heart and we can’t recommend it enough.

The barn is were after the wedding and dinner everyone hung out. It is a completely magical place. The owners and their family made sure we had everything we needed. The bride and groom sweets were beautifully decorated and a super sweet place for the parties to get ready for the big day. A lot of fun was had that day.
