“We were at the showcase on 4/1/25. Everything was fabulous and solidified even more how happy we are that we booked with the Inn at New Hyde Park! “Choosing a wedding venue is one of the biggest decisions you'll make during the planning process and I can confidently say, choosing Swan Lake Caterers was the best decision we made. I’m so excited to write this review so other couples can have a similarly incredible experience! I looked everywhere around the tri-state area from Jersey, to Connecticut, all the boroughs (including Staten Island!!) to all over Long Island. Swan Lake Caterers was actually the first venue I visited, and I fell in love instantly. But, like many brides, I was indecisive. I kept searching, trying to be sure… and after every other tour, I kept coming back to Swan Lake in my heart, I had a feeling it was the one! And it absolutely was. The entire day was seamless, magical, and full of joy. One of the most touching things someone said to me was from my sister. She told me, “So many brides can’t enjoy their wedding day because there’s so much going on but we could see in your face how carefree and happy you were. You were truly having fun” This was in large part due to Swan Lake Caterers allowing me to focus on my husband, family and friends. They gave us peace of mind, beautiful surroundings, and the freedom to be fully present in every moment. The food was out of this world, our guests are still talking about it! Sophia and Charlie really catered to what we wanted and to our guests’ dietary needs! Including three of our vegan family members. The venue itself was picture perfect. It was elegant, romantic, and timeless! One of my guests said it looked like it was out of a Disney movie. Elena, our maitre-d worked with me in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure the decor and vibe was everything we wanted. She knocked it out of the park! Even though it was a little chilly, and started to drizzle, Sophia was in contact with us in the week leading up to it, to make sure everyone was comfortable temperature wise. They were so unimaginably attentive to us! The day of, Elena made sure that even without a rehearsal everything went off without a hitch. Speaking of attentiveness, Jill, my bridal attendant, was simply amazing. She made sure we had drinks in our hand, food on our plates, helped me fix the train on my dress a million and one times. I’m pretty sure they helped one of my guests fix a ripped dress? Seriously. People said it was one of the best weddings they’ve been to! If you're thinking about getting married here, stop thinking and just say YES. I can’t express how incredibly grateful I am to Swan Lake Caterers and would love it for every other couple (and their guests) to have a similar experience!”

“My husband and I met in a wedding band so we have been to more than 400 weddings, almost all of which were extremely high end, so we knew exactly what we wanted and had very high expectations (on much less of a budget than the weddings we play)! We are so thrilled to have chosen this venue for our wedding because they knocked it out of the park! My family is not from the NY area and they were blown away by the building, the amount and quality of food, the service, etc. My husband’s family IS from the NY area so they expected great things, and the MOB delivered. Emily was so amazing through the entire process, answering my incessant emails and questions quickly and kindly. Mike we got into contact with the week of the wedding and everything ran smoothly. They were patient while we figured out how to make my husband’s vision of a large king’s table for us and our large bridal party happen, and facilitated all of the coordinating. I still had my own month of coordinator, but they take care of so much there, she was able to focus on more minute details because they had everything handled. We did not use any of their recommended vendors. We had a friday wedding to ensure we were the only ones getting married there that day. Bridal and groom’s suite were excellent. Timeline followed to a tee. Could not be happier! And a little hint to future couples: don’t listen to people who say Lessings is bad because they do so many weddings; they are so good at weddings because they do them all the time. Take it from someone who has seen it all, you DO NOT want to go to a place that doesn’t really do weddings. And lastly, so many of the most expensive places we have played are very similar to the mid-tier places we play. Don’t worry if your wedding isn’t at the Pierre, it is upsettingly similar to have it elsewhere.”

What really set the experience apart was how thoughtful and accommodating they were from start to finish. Months before the wedding, they helped coordinate an amazing bachelorette weekend for me and my bridesmaids. “We started the wedding planning process by starting to look at venues. Falkirk was the first venue we had toured and immediately fell in love with it. From seeing the golf course, the waterfall, the gazebo, and incredible views, it was breathtaking and we imagined ourselves getting married there immediately. We met with Andrea during our tour, and had the pleasure of getting to work with her throughout our planning process, and was absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding! She made herself available to answer our (many) questions, going over timelines, and ensuring that our vision and dreams for the day came true. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire wedding weekend. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with, and made sure everything we dreamed of came true. And when we got the opportunity to have fireworks during our reception?! To this day, we have friends and family still talking about the firework show. Andrea worked seamlessly with other vendors and the firework staff to make sure it was a surprise show that no one would forget. Our wedding day was a dream, and we are so glad we had it at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. “We got married at Mountainville Manor yesterday and it couldn’t have gone better. Lauren and James flawlessly executed our many many requests, accommodated our food allergies, and made sure that everything ran smoothly so that I, the bride, could (finally) relax. We used two of their recommended vendors: Gillian the florist and Matthew Lask the DJ and they were both fantastic. If you get married here, my one piece of advice is to listen to Mary when she reminds you to eat, otherwise you will miss the delicious food! We couldn’t be happier with our experience.”
