Based in NYC, Arc Weddings has been working in the wedding and events industry for over a decade. We started as wedding officiants and venue managers, which gives us a unique perspective and passion for the love stories we celebrate every day!

I lead with compassion, professionalism, and a dedication to a seamless experience for our couples and their guests. Every wedding is unique, and I strive to not only keep you organized, but keep you grounded and in the moment throughout the day.     We truly cannot thank Andrea enough for everything she did to make our wedding not only possible, but joyful, totally seamless, and stress-free. Hiring her as our 2-month out planner and day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. From the very start, Andrea brought clear communication, expert guidance, and an incredibly calming presence to every step of the process. She became a trusted home base for us - someone we could always count on for answers, direction, and reassurance. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and she brought up countless things we never would have thought of, from timeline logistics, ceremony seating, a late night food order, and guest book display. Every little detail felt intentional because she was thinking five steps ahead. She also was able to think on her feet and effectively communicate with our other vendors when some plans changed due to inclement weather. Andrea was instrumental in helping us craft our ceremony. We had a family member officiate, and none of us had ever created a ceremony before. Andrea gave us structure, options, and gentle guidance to help shape something that felt totally unique to us. Andrea was present, warm, and totally professional. She kept us on schedule with total ease, never interrupting a conversation or inserting herself, yet always there at the right moment. Her ability to manage the moving parts while making sure we felt calm and supported was remarkable. So many members of our family and wedding party went out of their way to comment on how wonderful Andrea was. One of our bridesmaids put it best: “I’ve never seen someone as good at their job as Andrea.” And we totally agree. We would’ve been absolutely lost without her. Andrea is a true professional, an incredibly kind human, and simply outstanding at what she does. If you’re even thinking about hiring her, do it. You’ll be in the best possible hands.
