Celeste was started by two best friends who would find just about any excuse to throw a party. Over time, our passion for events turned into a business serving the greater Charlotte, NC area. We offer custom decor packages, month-of coordination, and full-service wedding planning. Our mission is to take the stress off your shoulders so you can be fully present and truly enjoy every moment of your special day!

    The Celeste Events owners, Sofia and Ivana were exactly what I needed for my engagement party, bachelorette, bridal shower, and wedding. From the start, they were easy to reach out to, organized, and had great creative ideas that I didn’t even consider! I couldn’t thank them enough for making all my events look flawless and run smoothly. As a bride on a budget, I was worried about the decor budget being slim and it not looking the way I wanted it to. However, these two ladies were reassuring and great at making a few bucks look like a million! They were even able to reuse some of my engagement party decor for my wedding, which I greatly appreciated. Sofia and Ivana also handled everything with grace and professionalism. During all my events as a bride, I didn’t want to be stressed or bothered answering questions/concerns. If a challenge/problem occurred, I had no idea because Sofia and Ivana were on top of it all! My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for event planners who are not only talented and a pleasure to work with but also who show how much they love their jobs!

    The best wedding coordinators seriously ever! They made sure the groom and I were fed and taken care of the entire day. They are so thorough with the meetings before hand and they made sure the entire day went so seamlessly. They are so kind and work with you throughout the entire process. They paid attention to every detail we would never think of. I can’t say enough amazing things about these 2 ladies. Would rate 10 stars if I could!!
