At Detailed Dreams, our mission is to create a truly elevated luxury experience for your wedding day. We understand that planning a wedding can be stressful, which is why we strive to take the burden off of our clients and let them enjoy all the moments leading up to their big day. Our team is warmly run by Kayla and Kyla, and we have been in the events industry for over 8 years stemming from running a catering company that serviced hundreds of events and weddings each year. Taking our knowledge of all things wedding and logistics adding our keen eye for design, we are qualified to ensure a beautiful and seamless event from start to finish.

With our years of experience, our team has mastered our skills and developed a top vendor list to ensure that our clients have access to the best resources available. We believe that incorporating our clients' unique personalities and elevating design is essential to creating a memorable wedding day. That's why we take the time to get to know each couple and understand their individual style, taste and vision for their special day.

This for our couples that wish to take on the fun tasks of wedding planning but wish to have someone execute for them so they can enjoy their big day with zero stress with friends and family around.

Hiring Detailed Dreams for our wedding planning team was hands down the best decision we made. From start to finish, they were organized, thoughtful, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we dreamed of — and more. They handled every detail (big and small) with care and intention, so we could fully enjoy the experience without stress. On the day of, everything ran flawlessly — and if anything went wrong, we never even knew about it! Their creativity, professionalism, and warmth made the entire process not only smooth, but actually fun. Kyla was BEYOND amazing to work with! From the very beginning she took the time to understand my vision and she helped it come alive. She answered every text, every question, and gave me amazing recommendations along the way (florist and dj- the best!). I felt so supported and at ease during the entire process. Fast forward to the big day, she took care of EVERYTHING! The day was utter perfection. I can't thank Kyla and the team at Detailed Dreams enough! They truly made my wedding day, the BEST DAY EVER!

We are so thankful we had Kyla by our side throughout wedding planning, and the day of. She answered all of our questions, and created the perfect timeline for us. She helped guide us and made decision making a lot easier. The day of the wedding, I feel like she was everywhere all at once, and anticipated our every need. Where do I even begin? Our wedding would not have come together the way it did without our amazing wedding planner Kayla. We had our wedding at a private family property and everything about our day truly exceeded our expectations. Kayla & Kyla worked on so many thoughtful details all of our guests took notice to and loved, we got ENDLESS comments about how it was the best wedding our guests had ever been to! And we had so many AMAZING vendors, who were all recommendations from Kayla. Wedding planning can be stressful at times and you want to know whoever you’re working with has your back and will bring good calm energy - look no further - this IS the dream team! Love you guys!!
