When she isn't planning events, Party Specialist and Owner Reagan can be found at the game table running a game of DnD, hiking with her dog Mr. Bingley, or drinking way too much iced coffee, even in a blizzard! If she isn't curled up with a cozy blanket reading a book, she may be out enjoying a local craft beer.
We focus on turning your vision into the event of your dreams. From wedding showers to engagement parties, we can craft the perfect day just for you. With our full-service planning, partial planning, day-of coordination, and design services your event will be the diamond of the season. We also offer a variety of decorations, including high-quality latex balloons. Our Qualatex, Betallatex and Tuf-tex balloons are American-made and biodegradable so that you can enjoy a vibrant and eco-friendly celebration.

Top Notch Professional Coordinator!!!
Envision Event Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding day. From the very first meeting, their communication was efficient, prompt, and incredibly organized. Reagan, the lead coordinator, was a true professional who demonstrated an unparalleled attention to detail. She had an amazing ability to read our minds and bring our vision for the decor to life perfectly. Reagan was everywhere she was needed, ensuring the groomsmen were ready on time and keeping the entire wedding party on schedule and following our initial direction. Her overachieving efforts and dedication to our special day were evident in every aspect, and we could not be more grateful for the seamless experience she provided. Reagan helped far more than I can describe! From detailing our timeline to helping us find amazing vendors, she helped our wedding become the most amazing day of our lives. Reagan has amazing attention to detail and creativity while allowing us to make our own decisions but also guiding us to a seamless day of events. Though wedding planning can be stressful, I was eager to meet with her every time to discuss our next steps as she showed great organization and skill. Even with my last minute decisions, she was ready and had everything handled. She showed great enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the entire process Her day of attention to detail and ability to handle any last minute decisions or obstacles was amazing. She helped with bringing décor and supplies along with planning a beautiful exit for us and managing all questions and organization throughout the wedding day with expertise. Along with the wedding planning, she created a beautiful balloon photo backdrop for our guests!! Thank you Reagan!!
