I've always had a deep passion for organizing and planning which is why I chose to start my own Event Planning business. I knew at a young age being a Special Events/Wedding Planner is a dream I wanted to pursue.

I am an experienced, detailed, creative, easy to work with, and reasonable event planner. I am also a 2024 "Best of Weddings" award winner and a 2024 "Couple's Choice" award winner. For just opening my business officially a few years ago, I have already won these two awards

    I just had my wedding last weekend, March 2025, and could not be happier with the experience I had with Jackie and Madison. I began the planning process with Jackie last summer and always felt taken care of after our conversations. She helped manage anything we asked of her including finding venues, speaking with vendors, offering design ideas and allowing use of her personal inventory. She completely captured our vision for our wedding day and executed the day of beautifully. I was able to fully relax the morning of and enjoy our day with friends and family with no worries about any logistics or day of prep that needed to be done. I could not recommend a better team to place your trust into!

    We met Jackie and Madison at the NC Bridal and Wedding Expo in Raleigh in 2023. My daughter's wedding day was November of this year, 2024. From the very moment we met them, it was 100% authenticity, practicality, a smart approach, kindness, and just enough edge required to pull off an event of such importance. As we selected them and continued our journey together, the level of communication, organization, attention to detail, and their ability to advocate with professionalism were ever-present as their creative ideas just flowed with each circumstance we encountered. Jackie and Madison were made for planning with families/individuals in preparing and experiencing the activities associated with one of the most important decisions ever made in life...marriage. Jackie was resourceful, stayed connected, guided along the way, and on the days of the rehearsal and of the wedding, both she and Madison worked tirelessly to create beautiful, "everlasting moments" for my daughter and her new husband to remember. They filtered the obstacles, and stood in the gap to ensure the wishes and dreams of the bride and groom for that day were met. That was the most important. There is so much more we could say to endorse Everlasting Moments, but you can clearly read that hiring Jackie and Madison to plan and see through to the success of your wedding or any event is an investment worth making, as they invest in you!
