We are a mother-daughter team experienced in planning small or large-scaled events & weddings. We would love to connect & discuss how FGE can help bring your wedding vision to life. Owner Kristine balanced raising 4 kids while running a company for 15 years that specializing in benefit auctions. She is excited to bring that experience, knowledge, & skills to help your big day run smoothly. Heather launched her photography business in 2016 & specializes in wedding photos, bringing great skills to FGE. Amanda offers a wealth of event experience, starting with actions as a teenager, into handling FGE's couple's wedding-day details.
This terrific trio has a combined 50+ years in the event industry & 12+ years working in the wedding industry. We are very detail-oriented & great at multi-tasking. Our team’s experience with weddings, & events in general, helps provide some great tips on navigating the ins & outs of planning for a stress-free wedding day. FGE offer customizable day-of wedding coordination or partial planning packages to provide you the team members you require to make your celebration special.

I wish I had gotten both mom and daughter.
I'd like to start this review by clarifying that I dislike writing anything negative about any company or person. Still, I feel that I would be doing a disservice to future brides by not sharing my experience. The initial communication we had with Kristine and Heather was excellent. After seeing all the positive reviews, I felt we had made the right choice. One of the reasons I chose Forever Greene was that they had great reviews, and it was a two-person team (as I believe that a single person coordinating a wedding would be overwhelming for anyone). However, a few months after booking them, we were informed that Kristine (the mother) would not be available for the day, so we would just have Heather (the daughter) for our DOC. I was a little worried, as I had hoped for both of them, and all the reviews mentioned Kristine as being phenomenal. Still, I couldn't find a review specifically mentioning Heather. However, I was assured that we were in great hands. The week leading up to the wedding, I hadn't heard anything from Heather, so I reached out to check in and ask if she had any questions. She responded that everything was ready to go. On the wedding day, the morning was a mess. We were overdue on hair and makeup, and I couldn't find the venue owner to move some objects (but that's another story). Being overwhelmed is an understatement. After Heather arrived, I was relieved, but when I informed her what was going on, I was disappointed. She only said our DJ had to cancel but found a substitute. I didn't see her again for an hour after she walked downstairs. I know she was busy setting things (which I appreciate), but I kept having to send my sister down to check on the timeline. My sister told her we were running late, and she said "well, it's your guy's time" or something of the sort. It seemed unusual coming from someone we were paying to keep us on time. Luckily, our photographer helped us get back on track. My sister had to find her again to go over the processional order with us before the ceremony because we had no idea what to do. She said she was "completely overwhelmed," as she worked a 12-hour wedding the day before, my mom told me. I don't blame her for being overwhelmed—there was a lot to accomplish and she was alone. I see why people recommend selecting a DOC without other weddings on the same weekends as yours. After the ceremony, she kept us updated and on schedule better. However, the hours leading up to the ceremony were some of the most stressful moments in my life. She was much more organized after the ceremony and did her best to make sure things were running smoothly. I appreciate the work she did and her attendance; however, she looked pretty miserable throughout the entire event and was not very personable. I know wedding planning is a full-time job, so I can imagine how hectic it is. However, I wish I could have gotten a discount for just having "half" of the team for my wedding, as I thought I would have both mom and daughter. My advice for any future brides is to ensure that they are upfront about how many of the team will be available for your wedding and to confirm that they aren't double- or overbooked for your wedding day. I cannot speak to this company as a whole, as again, I did not work with Kristine or the other daughter. I just wish I had someone there who did not have to work a 12-hour wedding the day prior and then try to attempt another the following day all by herself.
Wedding Coordinator
Forever Greene Events was amazing to work with! Kristine, my day-of wedding coordinator, was great, efficient and organized throughout the entire process. She made sure all the vendors were on time and everything ran smoothly, especially with the caterers. Kristine was also very helpful in setting up and taking down the decor, which allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day without having to worry about the details. She was professional, responsive, and on top of everything. I had a 100-guest wedding with no wedding party, and Kristine's coordination made it all the easier. I would highly recommend Forever Greene Events and Kristine to any couple planning their wedding.
Second best decision I made on my wedding day
Working with Forever Greene Events was an absolute dream. Their communication style was easy, awesome, clear, and consistent throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value was truly amazing - they thought of every single detail to make our special day run as smoothly as possible. Kristine took video footage for us without us even thinking about it, thoughtfully planned ahead, and ensured the entire event went off without a hitch. They were so easy to talk to and hiring Kristin was the second best decision we made - only next to marrying each other :) We cannot recommend Forever Greene Events enough!

The quality of their work was top-notch - they were organized, attentive to all the little things, and made sure our vision came to life perfectly. I would highly recommend Kristine and the Forever Greene Events team to any couple looking for a seasoned, reliable, and talented wedding planning team to make their big day unforgettable. The investment was well worth it to have such a professional and experienced team supporting us on one of the most important days of our lives.
