Partial planning is solution for couples who want to be involved in the wedding process but don’t want the pressure of managing every single detail. It’s a flexible option for those who’ve already made a few key decisions—like choosing a venue or locking in a vendor or two—but now feel unsure how to bring everything together. This is where we can step in and help to get the ball rolling cohesively.

Day-of coordination is an option for couples who’ve taken the reins on planning their wedding but want the reassurance of having a professional step in to make sure everything runs smoothly when the big day arrives. It’s a budget-friendly service for those who enjoy organizing, decision-making, and personalizing every detail of their celebration—but also understand the value of being fully present and stress-free on the wedding day itself

Microweddings often involve unique venues like private homes, backyards, wineries, or small outdoor spaces.     We got married this past weekend and hired Monteleone to be our day of coordinator, and couldn't speak more highly of them! They were quick to respond to our initial request, and incredibly helpful regarding pricing and what we would/wouldn't need from their services menu. Once hired, their team was quick to introduce themselves to our vendors and formulate a timeline for the day. Occasionally they would reach out and ask questions about our day that we hadn't even considered. Throughout the whole process, they were amazing!
