We want you to enjoy each moment of your wedding day with your favorite people by your side! You'll trust us taking the lead. We are a Portland, Maine based planning company with 3 different packages.

We follow an organized, phase-based planning approach, keeping us all organized and on a timeline as we plan for your day. Each of our packages include event management where we are on site for your entire day, typically first there and last to leave.

    We felt incredibly lucky to be working with Sarah as our wedding coordinator for our early June wedding at Migis Lodge. She was thoughtful, informative, proactive, and calm from our very first meeting with her through our wedding night. She lived local to our wedding venue (and we do not), and she went above and beyond accepting a LOT of packages on our behalf, (extra thanks to her family for putting up with all of our stuff in their garage), meeting with the on-site coordinators and sending photos and details when we could not be there, and easily adjusted when the weather was not cooperating (and re-adjusting when it did!). She was assuring and kept her cool when we were uncertain about ceremony locations and last minute timing adjustments due to the weather. We felt no stress or worry the entire weekend because we felt that Sarah had taken the time leading up to the weekend to understand how we envisioned things going, and was therefore able to execute and decision-make seamlessly. We are so grateful for Sarah and her team and highly recommend working with them!

She meticulously helped me think through every detail, ensuring that nothing was overlooked and that our vision was executed perfectly. No question was too small or too complex—Cassie was always there to provide thoughtful answers and guidance throughout the entire process. What truly set Cassie and her team apart was their extraordinary level of care. When a friend had an allergic reaction at our wedding, Cassie didn’t hesitate to step in and help.     I cannot recommend Cassie highly enough. She is a great communicator, and so on top of timelines/coordination that I really did not feel like the wedding planning process was stressful (which I feel is a rarity). She also was as able to translate my ascetic into reality so well, even when I had a hard time articulating it myself. For example, I told her “lighting” was important to me and she worked with a vendor to create the most stunning centerpiece, everyone complimented it (picture attached). I also deeply appreciated that she worked to understand our budget, respect it, and work to achieve our goals within it. We had several calls to discuss budget, check progress, and plan accordingly. Lastly, as a day of coordinator, she made the day run seamlessly. I feel like I was able to really enjoy myself the day of, because I trusted Cassie, and she anticipated issues before they even arose. My sister and I both used Cassie to plan our Maine weddings and were so incredibly pleased with how our days turned out. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, I HIGHLY recommend olive and co!
