| Description | From beginning to end, we are there to help create the wedding you envision. This is a concierge-type service where we will be there every step of the way giving options, advice, & recommendations, but ultimately you will be the one making the final decisions so that the wedding is personalized to you. | We are happy to travel anywhere our couples decide to tie the knot! Each package is custom built to the needs of the couple! | For couples who want to plan their wedding day, but just need a little help to make it happen! Sometimes life is just crazy, or you feel overwhelmed with all the little details. This package is a great way to make sure you stay on track, & provide the confidence to plan your wedding with someone else by your side! | You will be assigned to one of our amazing coordinators responsible for making sure the wedding day runs smoothly, without any unnecessary stress. This package consists of our team creating & managing a timeline, attending a venue visit, coordinating your rehearsal, up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination, and much more! |

country wedding
Working with Katie was such a pleasure! I wanted to do a romantic, intimate country wedding. I pride myself in being a very organized person but I know my wedding wouldn't have been nearly as wonderful without Katie. She helped me with so many details that added such warmth to the day. Any problem that arose was handled immediately. Katie did an incredible job and let my day be exactly what I was hoping for. I would recommend her to anyone getting married.

We had Sophia as our coordinator for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and she was amazing! We were so glad we chose to work with her - the anxiety she saved us from having to deal with so many of the details leading up to the wedding and the day-of was well worth it. And she has a very warm, calming, self-assured presence. Our wedding was perfect, and Sophia helped make it that way.

Katie was our day-of coordinator from Town & Country and she was fantastic! We had a few calls leading up to the wedding where we went through our timeline and she thought of so many details that I wouldn't have considered. She did a walkthrough of our venue a couple months in advance and really made us feel like we had things ready to go. On the day of, I didn't have to think about any of the logistics because we had coordinated everything before and Katie knew exactly how to step in and take care of everything. She had great suggestions and recommendations. I wouldn't have changed anything about our wedding day, and Katie was a huge part of what made it so successful!

Katie at Town and Country is a favorite planner of ours. As a venue, we see many planners come through and when Katie is planning, we know the day we go smoothly. She has a very calming, low-key nature that brings relaxation to what is often a fairly stressful day. Katie handles all the details with grace and professionalism, manages the timeline, keeps the vendors on task, and respects the venue rules and policies. She asks questions when appropriate while simultaneously knowing what to do and how to do it. Katie's gentle nature makes her the planner of choice for the bride that is more on the quiet side or the bride that may feel overrun but a very strong personality. Katie is calm, gracious, and respectful and is wonderful support on and before your wedding day.
