    If you’re searching for a wedding planner who will not only help define your vision but walk alongside you to bring your dream wedding to life, look no further than Your Perfect Bridesmaid (YPB) under the exceptional leadership of Kim Morrill. From our very first conversation, Kim was kind, thoughtful, and impressively thorough. She asked all the right questions and patiently addressed every concern I had about planning my daughter’s wedding. Her experience and deep network of outstanding vendors gave us access to top-tier professionals—and even those I independently researched had glowing things to say about Kim. Several of them had worked with her before and respected her so much that they offered us discounts simply because we were working with her. Though Kim is based in Portland (where my daughter lives), our family resides in Houston and often travels internationally. Despite the occasional nine-hour time difference, Kim was flexible and accommodating, always making time for virtual meetings and keeping communication prompt and professional—especially as the big day approached. Kim is a rare blend of grace and directness. She’s clear in setting expectations, and her calm confidence comes from a wealth of experience. I often described her as a “warrior princess” leading her team—scouting the venue like a general before battle, ensuring every element met her meticulous standards, and mobilizing her crew to handle even the smallest detail with care. The wedding was an absolute dream—beautiful, seamless, and deeply memorable. So many guests told us it was the most stunning wedding they had ever attended. I give all glory to God for blessing us with a radiant spring day in the Willamette Valley—and for placing Kim Morrill in our path. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Kim Morrill and her incredible YPB team. Their dedication, heart, and expertise made our celebration everything we hoped for and more.

    I have worked with many planners and coordinating companies over the years. As a vendor, I can always confidently refer YPB for any clients who may be looking for planning. Even the simple things like responding to emails in a timely fashion and answering all the questions necessary. These coordinators know how to treat everyone involved exceptionally well, brining all vendors in with all the necessary information to always pull off wonderful and flawless weddings.     When we first started our wedding journey, needless to say, we were lost. We visited venues and didn't understand pricing structures or what was "fair" or "right" based on what we wanted. A friend had referred us to YPB, and from that point forward the process was a dream. We initially met with Kim, who was incredibly kind and straightforward. She identified our needs, and recommended their standard package which was very reasonably priced. From there we had a venue Search that gave us plenty of detailed information to find our dream venue at the absolute right price. Our Planner, Jade took it from there. She was very polished, professional and kind as we navigated toward the big day. She helped us identify vendors at reasonable prices and provided guidance on what was fair. Day-of, my spouse and I got to enjoy the day with Jades' support in managing all of the details of the day. Overall, we had the perfect wedding for us, and we have YPB to thank for that. If you are getting married in Oregon or Washington, they should be your first call for a consultation, and I"m sure they would do a fabulous job for both small weddings like ours or larger executions.

    This review is long overdue! Our incredible YPB planner, Jessica, was an absolute lifesaver from start to finish. Her knowledge of the industry and current trends made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. But beyond her expertise, what truly set Jess apart was her calm, reassuring presence—no matter what was happening behind the scenes, she handled everything with grace and a smile. On the wedding day, she didn’t miss a beat. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and she even went above and beyond when I realized I forgot to pack tealight candles—running to the store herself, all while juggling a million other things. And yet, you’d never know she was busy because she made everything feel effortless. I can’t recommend Jessica and YPB enough! If you’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, and an absolute joy to work with, Jess is the one. Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe so much of that to her!
