Woodland Weddings was the perfect wedding planning team for our special day. From the moment we first spoke with Meg and Jon, we knew they were the right fit - their communication style was personable, quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. The quality of their work was truly outstanding - they were incredibly detailed, tailored everything perfectly to our vision, and made the entire process enjoyable and were incredibly trustworthy. I had so many specific requests, and they were able to achieve every single one, even when we started running behind schedule. Meg and Jon kept us calm and on track with such a friendly attitude. They fit our vibe exactly and were so much fun to work with! Meg coordinated so much for us that we barely had to do anything except get married. And Jon was so funny and personable, he had our guests cracking up all night long. Exactly the energy we wanted for our special day!

If you’re even thinking about hiring a day-of coordinator, do it and book Woodland Weddings. Meg made our entire wedding day feel calm, joyful, and completely under control. She stepped in whenever we needed her, without us even asking. She handled our vendors, kept everyone on time, fixed a dress issue, found someone’s lost boutonniere, and somehow managed to keep the entire wedding party smiling. I don’t know how she did it, but we truly got to relax and enjoy the day because of her.

Jon was the perfect officiant for our wedding. From the start, he took the time to get to know us and really understand what we wanted. He created a ceremony that felt true to who we are, with just the right mix of meaning and warmth. His delivery was calm, thoughtful, and heartfelt. Guests kept telling us how personal and memorable it felt. Jon made us feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. We could not have asked for anything more.
