Ybarra Events strives to have the highest level of customer service, not only for each of our clients, but also for our fellow vendors. We have found, the more fluidly we work together as a team, and the more support we give to our vendor teams, the harder they work as well, which provides a smoother event overall.

Tara was phenomenal at keeping the details together on our wedding day. We had her month of package, and she coordinated with vendors to figure out arrival times. On the day of, she kept me calm! She anticiapted so many of our needs, helping my family and I enjoy our celebration! She's amazing.

The most standout experience with Tara, taking it above and beyond! She saw there was a slight chance of rain about 48 hours before the wedding ceremony, and contacted me about alternatives for live piano singing. Lo and behold, it did rain! We were able to pre-record the piano songs, and sing under an awning with wireless mics. None of this would have been fully prepared if Tara hadn't been so thoughtful about every aspect of the planning process. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you Tara!
