Wedding bouquets vary in cost by bouquet size, quantity and density of blooms, season, and flower type. Your wedding location and cost of living will also have an impact. Couples are often surprised by the amount of their budget spent on wedding flowers. Labor and variable wholesale costs add up quickly! To save, avoid anything that needs to be installed day-of and stick to “wear and carry.” This means the florist simply drops off the arrangements (bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, etc.) at your venue for you to place yourselves. Something like a ceremony arch, by contrast, requires multiple people to set up and take down on site, often with a service charge of up to 40%. From the initial phone conversation, she made sure to listen to what we wanted and came back with recommendations that really brought it to life. She ensured that we stayed within the budget parameters we set by providing various options of things we could do but, making sure everything was still of the highest quality. She even worked with our schedule to come meet us at the venue with samples to finalize all the details. A few days before the wedding we ran into a small issue around the Chuppah structure we chose and she made sure to call us right away to explain the situation, and came up with alternative solutions that did not require any additional charge. “Julia was so fun to work with! She took the stress out of the process and worked with our budget (which changed a few times!) and totally understand our vision and executed it perfectly. This was no small task either as we had 3 different locations. Including the hotel to drop off bouquets, the ceremony set up, and then the reception all in different locations. If there were any issues, I never knew! Julia pullled it all together seamlessly and with the most positive kind personality. She even did a walk through a few weeks before the wedding with me to really understand the vision! One of the best decisions I made!”
