“Deliece and Melissa absolutely killed it for our wedding day and we could not be more thankful!!! We booked them for their day of coordination services and they were able to alleviate a lot of stress leading up to the big day for me, which was key in keeping my sanity for the entire weekend. I am someone who is beyond type A and have a working background in event planning/management and they were such a great crew to work with and thought of details that never even crossed my mind! Having my event planning background, I really questioned if I would need planners because I felt like I had everything under control, but having Deliece and Melissa as part of our special day was a no-brainer! Looking back, I wish I would have found them sooner, honestly!  We had many detailed pieces and small items to set out on the day of the wedding plus an end-of-night exit that took some coordination, and everything went off without a hitch. It was important to my now husband and me that during the time leading up to the day of the event, Deliece and Melissa were very professional and always responsive - even when Deliece had just welcomed her son to their family. They are great to bounce ideas off of as well and lean on for advice and support when the dreaded but inevitable hiccups happen prior to your big day (like me getting the stomach flu 2 days before the wedding and not being able to get into town on time). During the wedding, when anything was adjusted or if an issue came up, they presented everything to me very calmly and with a solution which I really appreciated because it kept me from getting upset or worried knowing that they had it completely handled and had my back! My dress bustle was destroyed early on after it was accidentally stepped on multiple times while dancing and the ladies were able to save the day and make sure that train wasn’t moving anymore and was secure and I would be able to party the night away. The best part of all (aside from them being amazing people to work with) was that they knew my schedule inside and out and did not let anything slip through the cracks, which was always something I was worried about before I had planners. All of their materials and plans they create are clear and straightforward and if you choose month of coordination, there are many follow up calls and these ladies work super hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is perfect. At the end of the night, everything was carefully put away and handled which allowed my new husband and I to be able to go off with our friends and family and continue the celebration at the after party, which were are BEYOND grateful for since there was so much partying happening during the actual wedding. Overall, our wedding was amazing and Deliece and Melissa deserve so much credit for that! My husband and I are beyond grateful for the whole team and for helping to make our day a legit fairytale!”

“The best decision I made when planning our wedding was hiring Menaza, AKA ‘Superwoman’!!! My husband and I are an international couple that were looking to get married in New York and therefore needed to hire someone to assist us. Menaza’s resume and brochure was impressive! But when I spoke to her personally, we hit it off right away and hiring her was a no brainer! She was the calm I needed for my Type C/A personality! Menaza wore a million hats to help us pull off the wedding of our dreams! She handled all of the vendor bookings, contracts, logistics, and organizing of timelines. She even provided bonus services of putting together all of our florals! She created our bouquets, boutonnieres, table centre pieces and provided all the little details, like our card box, table seating mirror, welcome sign and offered to create and print our stationary. She brainstormed with us on concepts, helped us create a wedding & bar logo and accompanied us to venue visits, during our several visits to New York. Even when I had issues ordering items online, she stepped up and ordered them on my behalf! She advised on the tipping culture of the US, assisted with our marriage licence & officiant application and was open and honest about what sort of costs we should expect for certain items. Menaza researched and secured some amazing vendors for us and ensured that on our wedding day we were taken care of! (IE, I expressed to her that I really wanted sushi during cocktail hour... and while I was taking family photos she showed up with two plates stacked full of sushi with a BIG SMILE on her face! Lol) I was SOOOOO HAPPY!! One thing that stood out about Menaza over other planners we interviewed was that she was always available, we weren’t limited to a number of phone calls & contact times. I messaged her with every thought I had and within a reasonable amount of time she responded. “We didn't think we needed wedding coordinators because we weren't planning a big, elaborate wedding. We wanted something small and meaningful—an intimate celebration with about 60 - 70 close family and friends —and figured we could handle most of the planning ourselves. We chose a restaurant, sent out invitations, and thought we had things under control. But our thinking shifted once we started considering the logistics of the actual day—including seemingly simple things like how to arrange chairs for the ceremony. Friends and family offered to help, but we wanted them to enjoy the event as guests, not worry about the details. After speaking with Ingrid and Gloria and reviewing their very reasonable proposal, we felt good about bringing them on. Over the next two months, they kept us organized, offered thoughtful and constructive suggestions, and were a steady source of calm and encouragement. They listened earnestly to what we wanted and helped bring it to life in a way that felt both personal and polished. We also really appreciated their help communicating and coordinating with vendors, including the restaurant, our photographer, and our musician. It took a lot of pressure off our shoulders and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands. What we've come to realize is that the best work of wedding coordinators is often invisible to guests—but when it's done well, the event flows effortlessly and feels just right. We hired Kris because this was a destination wedding for us and we needed help with locating vendors and wanted to feel like we had someone that we could work with in the area that was familiar with the industry and able to coordinate day of for us. I had my initial call with Kris and immediately felt comfortable and listened to with any questions or concerns I had with planning. She offered us different vendors for catering, rentals, dj and cake. She setup up tastings and meetings with all vendors making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every vendor we went with. Kris went above and beyond being CCd on every email and on every call. She provided quick and accurate information throughout the planning process. We ran into issues with our venue along the way and Kris was right there beside us helping us and working through it. What can feel like the chaos of wedding planning we knew we could trust her and rely on her. When it came to day of as a bride it’s hard to feel like you don’t have full control over your day. However trusting Kris after working with her leading up to the big day I knew she was going to do all she could to bring my vision to life and make the best decisions for our wedding. She did just that! I can’t put into words how much she did for us - from all the work leading up, rehearsal, setting up ceremony site, setting up cocktail hour, setting up the reception tables and seating chart and then breaking it all down after - she truly does it all!! I knew I was hiring someone to help us along the way and for the day of our wedding what I didn’t know is I was hiring someone who would care about us the way she did.”

“We were told that hiring a planner for a wedding of our size was almost necessary, and thank God we did because we couldn’t have pulled off the incredible day we had without Brittany. After interviewing countless planners we seemed like we were getting nowhere, that is, until we had our first conversation with her. After hanging up the phone we knew she was the one for us. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, she constantly made herself available for us, her style matched ours perfectly, and I’m glad to say we gained a friend out of this. She reviewed and negotiated contracts, helped source key vendors, and went to bat for us every step of the way. It’s inevitable when planning a wedding to encounter obstacles and Brittany was ahead and on top of all of it. We were not an easy couple to manage, mostly because we were indecisive and weren’t able to communicate our vision, but that didn’t faze nor prevent her from pulling off a gorgeous day. The wedding planners here were very attentive and they basically helped me plan my wedding. Think of it like we planned my wedding together.
